It is a fact. Games reach other shores at astronomical costs in terms of local currency (a dollar or euro being very expensive in other regions). Well... you do the maths...
And even then, most companies don´t bother to make official releases in those markets, thus, leaving an open space for very expen...
tough times, and "wgb" you don´t know his case... maybe he had a play2 and a bunch of games and the console was sold alone or broke down and he is stuck with the games and he rather emulate the ps2 on his PC and save the $130 for other things.
As far as I know, as long as you own the original game it is perfectly legal for you to make isos (or download roms of them) and emulate them on other systems.

This game is incredibly awesome!!! Ant the fact that blizzard is still patching it... and asking players for suggestions!!! speaks of a GREAT company at what they do. Diablo III will be HUGE.

I just think the "shalowness" of master chief is great for the immersion too. The less info you have on the character, the more you make it yours. Nicely put there.
Not always a super complicated plot with 300 characters and connections and interactions between them is needed to make a fun and great story... Halo keeps it simple and runs smooth throughout the whole game.

Now if Halo Wars would have been Halo 4 instead... a totally new FPS... that would have been a different story. It amazes me the power of just a brand. Selling a console FPS and holding a second place is just some important achievement.
It was obvious KZ2 would be on top, it is probably the most important PS3 title after MGS4...

I would like to see guerrilla´s engine do something a little bit different to see how flexible it is. I guess we´ll have to see the full game to see how much variation KZ2 shows. As far as all the screenshots and vids goes, it is pretty constant (palette-wise) which can be a decision made by the dev, but which I personaly find a little tedious (visually)
Anyways, this game will hopefully be a blas...

Up to date, I must admit Soul Calibur for the Dreamcast was one of the games that made my jaw drop the most at the time it was released.
I can also remember when I was about 10 and got my first VGA color monitor for the PC... Re-playing monkey Island 1 in colors... Oh my!!! I have this DEEP love for graphic adventures... so sign almost all of Lucasgames´adventures on that list for me (and some of sierra´s) :) Full Throttle was a bla...
