I think they had something good going with the first alice game. suddenly EA took over and madness returns was yet another unreal engine 3 clone. Everything looked (and kind of played) like every other UE3 game ive played. definitely more disappointed by the 2nd one personally. Im only a few achievements away from a plat though, so maybe ill revisit someday.

EA has given nintendo terrible versions of their games for years. Not even nintendo is excited when nintendo gets a port of an EA game.
The blame definitely lies in both companies hands, but EA has the most. you cant put last weeks garbage on a nintendo disc and expect it to sell like it does on the PS360. EA has just spent so much time NOT paying attention to nintendo that nintendo and its fans have stopped caring.

Definitely feel like ill be in the same boat when the time comes. Im not a huge fan of anime or anything like that, but something about movies and games set in asian countries is just awesome. maybe its the stereotypical kung-fu combat system always put in place that im a sucker for, but man...to me theres just no open world like tokyo open world.

Growing up, my dad was dead-set on a NO PETS ALLOWED policy in our casa. one day out of the blue he bought me a small tank of fishes at they were selling at walgreens for about 16 smackers. So of course, the second we got outside i somehow managed to accidentally dropped the stupid tank, and it shattered all across the sidewalk.
