actually IMO, GTA 4 had one of the worst soundtracks all around. the rock stations were pretty terrible and the hip hop tracks were so forgettable.
i could easily wait on it. launch ps4 titles along with what else is coming in the near future is PLENTY for me to be preoccupied with. though i cant wait to see their new ip, its really no rush at all.

exactly. 4 is plenty. not since the n64 days have i actually needed to use that many. and like you said, a lot of games are phasing out local multiplayer as it is. there is literally no need for more than 4 controllers, if that. im gonna go ahead and also guess that about 99% of games that will support local multiplayer wont be supporting 8 players. no offense to MS. more is never a bad thing. its just not necessary.
