I'm still very suspicious of the whole gaming on demand idea. It may sound good, but I don't see how it can work on a large scale.
...... tumble weed ......
Greatest director in the world? I can think of several much greater directors, Ridley Scott and Martin Scorsese amongst others.
Would be nice to see them try a different genre as they are without doubt a talented development team, fully deserving of Killzone 2's critical praise.
Wow, impressive stuff All Time Greatness.
Familyguy, the same applies to the PS3, I purchased a PS3 for MGS4, as did many others - just like Halo 3 and the 360. Killzone 2 and Fable 2 are probably of equal renown as well.
It looks as though Forza 2 was a stop gap released to give the fans something to play as well as give Turn 10 more networking and 360 development experience. This looks to be such a huge improvement, dwarfing the gap between Forza 1 and 2 despite saying on the same console.
I think I will wait to see both in motion on my HDTV before passing judgement.
Yes, I'm not entirely sure why iamtehpwn made that comment, reported for off topic - ness anyway.
Sadly yes, I have really tried to get into inFamous, but I just can't. Perhaps if I give SOCOM/MGO a rest I might put a bit more time into it in one last effort.
Maybe it's just me, but I have never seen the appeal of the R&C games, they just seem a bit shallow for my personal tastes, the graphics and art style are fantastic though.
Negativecreep: Fanatic who hasn't bothered to read the whole article: confirmed!!
Of course, those games you mention are superb, but if that is what he means, he has worded it in a poor way.
I don't normally kick someone when they're down, but for showing ignorance towards everyone outside the USA, myself included, let me take a bubble.
That's rubbish, of course some PS3 exclusives are great, like Killzone 2, Uncharted and Resistance 2, there are also some jokers in the pack, SOCOM (while fun, it's undeniably a broken game) inFamous and Haze spring to mind for me.
Don't generalise, it makes you looks a fool.
Some great stuff in there, can't wait for Uncharted 2, it's a shame some games have slipped to 2010 though.
I'm currently a PS3 only owner and I hardly find these graphics "laughable", anything but in fact. I think you're in the wrong zone.
I find it amusing how you act surprised your fanboy rant is garnering disagrees. Move to the open zone or can it.
If you want to become embroiled in a fanboy flame war, could you do us all a favour and stick to the open zone?
