I agree that this game is one of the best games of 08...anyone who says otherwise are just fanboys.

Actually you are both wrong. I use a wide variety of reviews to get an "average". I then base that average to see if its more Positive than negative...I have read Dark Knight reviews and i have yet to find any of them bad...as for cars being more expensive...well that is a null point as 1 persons perspective of "expensive" may not be shared by someone elses. If reviews were not important than why are you guys in every review thread...why are so many gamers eager to disp...
I borrowed by brothers copy for 2 days - played it and enjoyed it - however i still feel that Graw 2 is a much more complete and better tactical game with better graphics. And yes it has Clan support. And for about the same price you also get a single player campaign and More multiplayer maps. I would give Socom a 7/10. 6 is a little low...
@Foxgod - you don't get it....Sony fanboys are starving for AAA titles - they hype and hype and hype because to them reviews do matter more than they like to let on - thats why they are in every review thread praising good reviews and bashing all the bad ones - and they haven't played the game...They want to be able to say see - look it got a AAA status on Metacritic - the site they bash yet always use as their source for the only 2 games they have that are AAA status, LBP and MGS4.

I don't buy games just to find out later that i didn't like it...i would rather base my opinion off of reviews before i buy...just like what i do with cars. Reveiws do matter.
Socom is getting some bad reviews....Just stick with GRAW 2 - it has everything and more to offer.

i agree he is a dik..funny enough a lot of the Sony leg humpers and their fishhead brethen are spamming every Gears 2 threads and handing out spoilers...its not bad enough that they are so upset that all their fanboy speculation that R2 would get better ratings than Gears 2 and so got skull facked by all the great reviews...now they have to spoil the game for others....

I have had to send back 2 until my 3rd was prob free for a year (which i never paid a cent for any of the shipping or repair and didn't have an xbox for a total period of 6 weeks out of 3 years) - then sold it and bought an Elite. I wasn't all over the internet crying becasue my xbox's broke.
