Oh my lord. 4/10? WOW, no wonder the embargo is till the last minute. Still, I am still going to play it once my gamefly rental comes in the mail.
Actually, since EURogamer now went with no scores in their reviews, you are right, we didn't see the other score.
But they did say this:
Eurogamer "The Order: 1886 isn't a disaster, nor is it a particularly good game. It's a hollow diversion, entertaining but outmoded and caught somewhere between a medium it repeatedly fumbles and one it fails to effectively embrace."

You apparently forgot or purposely left out my 4th comment of the 8.8/10 review from Heavy.com when I said:
Man-Eee-Faces + 20m ago
Great review. I read the entire review and all the points are very valid. You guys also did a great review on GTAV as well.

Nice pick and choose to try to make me out to look like a villain.
Wow. The reviewer even commented that he can’t recommend The game to anyone at full retail price and said a great deal of that is spent simply watching, not playing at all.
So the rumors of the playthrough is apparently true. Still, I will still play it once I get my Gamefly copy for the settings and atmosphere. Different stroke for different folks.
Great review. I read the entire review and all the points are very valid. You guys also did a great review on GTAV as well.
Good and that is the way it should be. If I am Kaz, I will put in all my eggs in the PS brand and keep innovating the sensors for Sony camera as both are at the top of their class in their respective market.
Yea, I wish Sega would go back to their true gaming roots of what make them successful and start making another Shining Force, Shinobi, and innovative and daring Ips like Jet Set Radio.
Calm before the storm my friend.
I guess some people just don't like my Kaz Hari face on my Man-E-Faces.
That is Ok, I also have a Reggie and Phil Spencer face as well with a turn of the knob on top of my head. LOL
How is Sega still not bankrupt and have enough money to buy other studio? The last good game they made was...??? Skies of Arcadia?
Excited and Good to know. Looking forward to DX12 on XB1. PS4 and Xbox One are coming along nicely after one full year. looking forward to see great games and things from developers on them.
You people here are funny. I love how you hating on me with the accusation and whatnot but glance over the part where where I said multiple times I am still going to play the The Order in the form of a rental and failed to mention or acknowledge about all the other good things I said about some upcoming PS4 games like:
"No need to spend $60 with it when money can be saved for my other more worthy PS4 titles which will provide more value and longer playtime like Witcher 3...
why are you posting review for a site that is banned from N4G? Please stick with topic.
So what does the review got to do with my stance on not buying short single player game?
Heck, I even rented longer and better single player games like God of War 3, Bayonetta, and Wolfeinstein and finish them in a few days so don't come here and used the card of me being a new member here and automatically assumed I don't have a PS4. Just accept that short single player games is not for everyone, including some PS4 owners. Exclusive or not don't make a difference...
Gosh, I hope not. Gameplay should be put inn the hands of players and not Cinematic sequences..That was the demised of the Sega Cd with too many interactive games in the library with Maddog McGhee and Sewer Shark and whatnot.
7 hours for this reviewer to beat it so it is confirmed that it is a short game. Glad I am renting it.
I thought they were banned after giving driveclub a 65/100?
There goes the conspiracy.
Definition of flame bait. Put this site on my ignore list. Complaining about a Logo? Like really.
From the article:
First of all, it must be noted that this YouTuber's video is only a claim of the game's diminutive length, and that the staff at Ready At Dawn have already presented a more accurate interpretation of its runtime.
What is this guy talking about? The playthrough show every level at its full playthrough and everything added to 5.5 hours including the non-skipable cut scenes. And this guy rather ignore actual video evidence of its length and go ...
He actually gave it the same score as Driveclub. Both 8.5 and both have tons and tons of articles by them. I knew there is no way they will give this game anything less than an 8 after all that hype they generated for the game.
