Different stroke for different folks. Believe it or not some people actually do also enjoy Too Human and Haze too but doesn't change the fact that both of them suck in many reviews and is disliked by the majority.

You sounded hurt by another low scores for the game and blaming everyone and their dog about it. Also making excuses about people are out to hate it because it is a Sony exclusive. My advice is to head over to the Neogaf 200 plus page thread for the Order review and you will find all the Sony zealots there all feel the same disappointment as I am and "order cancelled" or "I'll Gamefly it" are common occurrence there. Another brutal and honest review of what has become a trend for Sony. They can't seem to catch a break with The Order and Driveclub both bombed.
And to think that both games were delayed and I believed both were even scheduled to be launched titles at one time are kind of scary to think about it.
But I do have faith in Bloodborne and Uncharted 4 as those are guaranteed hits.

Actually value is part of the equation why it suck; thus, the low scores from the majority of the legit gaming sites out there. If it is just the value, you wouldn't be seeing scores like 5s and 4s from many creditable sites.
Uninspired story, shallow gameplay, weak and unpolished shooting mechanic, too many cut scenes and button prompts are some of the other issues of the game.
Having said that, I'll still going to play it in one setting once my Game...
I've been saying that very same thing like maniacmayhem and somehow I got marked for trolling for speaking about it even though I clearly said "I'm going to play it" and downvoted and bashed into oblivion a day before Pandora Box opened.

That is true if only the game is good.
Unfortunately, in addition to the short play time, the Orders by all reviewers accounts is neither enjoyable or have any replayability once beaten.

If you look at game like Wolfeinstein, a sleeper cult classic, from last year, It is also a single player only game but it has a great campaign, great lenghts, well balanced level designs, and was a blast to play and more importantly, the pacing and variety is also there. The graphics are nothing to scream home about but the developers know that is not their main focus are and it is good enough to do its job and their effort to put more emphasis on gameplay ...

Your point is invalid because Kotaku isn't the only site bashing and feel negative about the game, it is almost all the big gaming sites out there. Eurogamer also recently changed their review to a no point system and if you read their review on the game, it is pretty much words for words of what Kotaku is saying.

How about they both are and I recommend skipping both reviews and look for the whole avg. on a bunch of reviews from legit sites like IGN, Gamespot, Giant Bomb, Eurogamer, videogamer and others to get a better idea. I read the review. It is rubbish as all his points are about the graphics, music, and sounds and hardly anything was written about gameplay. This is just as bad as the 1/5 that the other site gave the Order.
It is neither a 95/100 or a 1/5 game. Having said that, patiently awaiting my game in the mail from Gamefly to test it out myself. Hopefully next week.
What you can't even sprint in the game? So between the fact that you can only walk and the non-skipable cut scenes, how can they do a speed run in this game like what the Dualshockers article is proclaiming that the YouTube video is only 5.5 hours due to speed run?
