another weak scores. I already knew something was up when the developer asked YouTube to terminate the user account that leaked the full playtrough, and the embargo is that late. The writing is on the wall.
and just a day ago or even a few hours ago, I was put to the stake and burn for stating why this game is nothing more than a rental and not worth $60. Now the only thing that is cooking at the stake are crows.
that headline is pretty funny but the scores is actually pretty decent this time at 7/10.

yup..I have been saying the same thing for days now and hopefully my Gamefly disc comes in soon. Not worth $60 but a rental for a weekend of play is good enough.
Let this also sink in. Both The Order and Driveclub scores the same 8.5 from Dualshockers and from the same reviewer who happens to be the same person posting dozens upon dozens of articles for both games and both have scores that are like 20-25 points avg. on Metacritics below the scores that were given by DS.
Of course anyone is entitle to their own opinion and DS can have theirs too but it is just too predictable how those games were going to be scores even before we know ...
If it makes you feel any better, Playstation Lifestyle score this game an 8/10. So is 8/10 = to 65/100?
Don't hate on a single score but an avg of 65 of over 40 reviews is what this game is...mediocre to avg at beast. Get over it.
Having said that, I think no game that is at least in any form playable should be giving a 1/5 or 20%. And the reviewer is a former Official Xbox Magazine writer so he might have an agenda as well and 1/5 is just on the borderli...
WOW, I thought the Metro 4/10 or the 2/5 from Giant Bomb were bad. I don't remember any game in recent history that got a 1/5 before. This is not looking good for the Order.
I know what you mean. I got called on for being a MS spy to a PS hater to an imaginary PS4 owner out to destroy the game because I simply hold my ground on the fact that it is not worth my $60 and a good weekend rental is all I need from the game based on the previews and signs that I foresees will be the outcome of the game. Now those people are nowhere to be found on the reviews. Go figure

without reviews I would have spent my hard earn money for bad games like Alien Colonial Marines because I am an Alien fan.
Don't hate reviews because the scores is not what you want to see. If it was the other way around,I bet all those 9s and 10s for the TLOU has no meaning to and we should avoid all these high reviews and not buy that game.
as much as I don't like Ryse, it does have more content like a MP and most of the QTE during combat for execution are optional for style point and not really require.
2/5 is pretty bad score and Giant Bomb is one of my go to places for reviews.
That is probably the lowest scores for a big AAA game I have seen from EGM ever. I usually like their reviews too.
It is at 63 currently on Metacritic. Looking more and more like Ryse to me.
how can you speed run when you can't even skip the cuts scenes that made up 1/2 the game?
The early evidence on the Youtube video clearly showed that the dude playing it was playing it at normal speed just like many people will and still somehow that was discredited and now after more confirmation like this one, people still don't want to believe it.
I keep saying the same thing that $60 is better save for more exciting PS4 games like Bloodborne based on the signs that we are seeing from previews and also a full playtrough video and those that are saying that, including myself, were deemed trolling the game because it is a PS4 exclusive when it is not even the case to begin with. A mediocre game is a mediocre game and what system it is on has nothing to do with it.
