Sadly for us, and sadly for reviewers, "originality" is a overrated word. If I have to say the name of one "original" new game, the only one could be Journey. They can say the formule is well used, but nobody can say a game is "original": Uncharted series is (basically) the same as Tomb Raider series, COD it's the same as Wolfenstein, NFS is the same as Top Gear...

Thanks for bringing common sense to N4G. I was about to write kinda the same.
Almost all of the people somehow cannot understand whats the difference between a PC and a gaming dedicate machine. And somehow cannot understand that console developers have to think on price, too. They're great parts out there, but I can buy a PS3 with the same money I buy a last gen GPU for my PC.
We need a "common sense" bubble here.

It has ogres, elfs, swords, the world is a normal place (mountains and rivers and stuff), and some of the biggest enemies are dragons. Original, that's for sure...

The blue shell isn't that bad. It helps not-so-good players, and keep thing in -relative- balance, and when you're in a close encounter with the second place, press the brake, and some funny "I wanna be second" kind of race starts.
But it's also true, that sometimes there are too many blue shell at a time (you hear that swooosh sound every 10 seconds) and then, it becomes a game breaker. What Nintendo can do, is give the blue shell a really low appearan...
By your standar, I'd like to see Zelda reaching it's full potential on a PC.
