I was very glad to see how smooth it seemed. All that stuff going on and yet the framerate was rock solid. Anyone know if this is from co-op campaign or online multiplayer ?
Looks very good in trailers, but if the preview is correct the force won`t be strong with this one. I must admit the gameplay videos i saw of it yesterday wasn`t as good as i hoped, yet at the same time the E3 demonstration showed of 20 min that seemed very cool and with a stable fps too.
Guess it`s a wait and see. I really hope it`s good though, i would love a cool SW game and a game of this type as well.
More games is always good, and it looks fun for a co-op game.
I wish Valve would do it themselves like ID software has done with their games, or at least let someone else (hopefully not EA, even though they`ve gotten better with the PS3 now) do it so that PS3 owners can get to play it as well.
Looks ok to me. Hope they get it varied enough though, have to agree with you there. I really want a game of this sort, but i`ll wait for some reviews and opinions from this site before i make up my mind about it. So many good games coming out that i can`t buy them all (damn life`s unfair hehe).
I`m glad Infamous isn`t out before next year, we need some good game then too ;)

I want a fighting game for multiplayer, but i just think the whole genre needs some serious work for me to buy one. I want to see more damage to surroundings, clothes and the body of the fighters. The animations should be better, as could the graphics considering how few are on th screen at once. More interactions from the people watching would be cool too.
Really like the setting and i think the combat looks very unique and fun. I know i`ll be going for that extra bloody perk hehehe.
I think i`ll hold of buying it until all the expansions are out though, so i can get a game of the year edition, since i don`t want to download the content ;)
I`m glad the loading on the clothing and stuff in the appartment was so low, hate it when that takes too long (like GTA4).
Can`t we wait the finished game to come out or at least a beta ? I mean, how many levels have we seen of it ? We`ve seen some of the multiplayer, but not a whole lot. It just way too early to conclude with anything. That includes Killzone being generic or taking the FPS-genre to a new level.
I think a lot of people was sceptic towards Killzone 2 because the first game was decent, but full of bugs etc and the infamous E3 2005 trailer of course. I`m sure some bash it because of it ...
I like the idea of genrated maps, even though i`m a bit unsure just how different they would end up being. I think R2 is to include some form of this, if i`m not mistaken, in the co-op mode ?
I really like to see more reaction from bots when they are shot (a little unsure if this would work well enough in MP, but...), as i`ve heard there`s some of in K2. I wan`t them to scream "Ohhhh my goooodd, my leg, my leg when i shot them in the kneecaps and roll over in pain. Not just ...

Halo 3 ? Yeah, but too late (around 2 years or more i would guess) to make enough impact on the PC marked.

Get yourself another pair of glasses, lenses or eyes even, because this do not look as good as Killzone 2 graphicly.
It do look good though, and more importantly, it will be cool game because it`s from the makers of PC`s version of F.E.A.R., and not developers of the crapppy consoles version of it ;)
If they was making a good port, which it seems they are, by the sound of it. As long as they would have a stable framerate i would be more than happy, but extra game modes and better water affects sounds great too ;)
Yeah that true. Wish i had a 360 for Gears 2 and Fable 2. I think Too Human looks cool too, but i havn`t played any Banjo games before (damn that`s a sentence i didn`t think i`d ever use hehe), so i`m not sure about that ;)
Hope i can afford one next year though, sucks being a student ;)
