I can't read freaky, deaky Dutch, translate this stuff please
This review shouldn't even count due to the fact that thye ran a Prototype v. inFamous, which was basically Jim Sterling's love letter to Microsoft and Prototype. This review is blatantly scored low, and should be banned from the internet becaus it's filled with fallacy. And to the above poster that said it only sold 104k, it was 175k in the last four days of May, pretty good take in that time frame.
Really, Sony never should have let this game be developed by a third party and/or released on the 360 period. And if Terminal Reality screwed this property that hard on the PS3 version, they are probably liable in some way so they better watch out.
As for all you 'bots talking smack, just be glad you even get to play it. And for all of you that are downplaying Infamous, you don't know what your missing. I have yet to play Prototype but so far it sounds completely inferior to i...
3DTV's or some sort of holographic tech is the only thing that will give Natal the ability to succeed, and if that's what they are waiting for then they are complete fools. We're talking at least 3 years for 3D displays to become so mainstream that price isn't a barrier and that's a minimum.
Holo tech would be the best route to take Natal into VR territory, which would be pretty awesome, full immersion is what will make a controller-less experience work right. Microsoft execs ...
The internet has given people a voice, a voice to complain and rag on each others choice gaming habits in a completely annonymous way. If the internet was as wide spread in the SNES/Genesis days, it would be be the same story, only in those days fanboys took their sh!t to the streets.
Qore has been worth the cost of entry for me and my son loves it also. Without sounding to PR for it, the free games, beta's, different looks at upcoming games, and the upcoming release dates for BD's and games, it becomes something that I look forward to once a month. Now if they could just put my June issue out....
This is exactly why it won't end up working, the Wii is a cultural phenomenon because it was seen as a WTF, and sells mainly through continued word of mouth and the "I want that because my neighbor has it". Natal wil just be seen as an attachment that is trying to copy or take the Wii one step further, but it isn't what makes the system, it's just a little part of a whole. A whole that's been out for almost four years and has a strong desire to copy anything in it's path. Natal may ...
This is a trash read rant from a no name blogger. Seriously, another Chrono game hasn't come out because of FFXI, sure buddy whatever you want to believe. The timing of this is definitely off, but I welcome it since FFXI has been out forever. And they probably will shut down XI after a bit, SE is run by silly execs drinking bong water, but they will probably make room for the new game. I doubt it will stay exclusive to the PS3 and PC for long, but it will probably generate more sales through ...
Actually it's a spin-off, that's why you bots get a copy, Kojima said it himself at Sony's presser. You guys still didn't get MGS4 which is the bigger deal of the two so I guess the ball still belongs to Sony on that one, you can bet that MGS5, or MG5, will be exclusive to the PS3. Peace Walker is gonna be sick to bad you can't play it on the portable Xbox, oh yeah it's because there isn't one and even if there was it wouldn't be exclusive.
On topic, Resinger has a total hard ...
Gameplayer is staffed by ignorant a$$hats. THe cuts in the game are 1080p, and the gameplay renders 720p. I have the demo and that's what it is, any idiot could have googled that or popped in a demo and figured that one out. Gameplayer = fail, again
Obviously he missed Kojima's Sony presser appearance where he basically said the PSP game is exclusive and the only true sequel to the franchise, not a spin-off or anything else. Xbot's are retarded, MGSR is coming to the PS3 also tools, they made it multi, and by they I mean Konami, if Kojima had his way it would be exclusive, much like Metal Gear 5 will be.
If this is true the only console war would exist between Nintendo and Sony, not Microsoft, since neither of the afforementioned console makers will be close to ready to release next-gen. Not even in a couple of years. Microsoft can't battle themselves and this strategy would eventually lad to their downfall which would almost be a shame, but not a total loss. It would also contradict statements made by MS execs last year and analyst' agreements that this gen would last a bit longer. Showing t...
Why would I care if this game is a 360 exclusive, when there is MAG, and The Agency for PS3
I will say that I have no problems with Vista on my laptop, but I have four gigs of ram and a dual core processor, there shouldn't be so much hate there. That said, I half expected them to bas the PS3 the way they talked about HD-DVD and failed to mention MS part in the whole thing.
This actually sounds pretty legit, I'd be happy with it
It's highly dubtful that SE would release exclusive DLC for a FF game on the 360, I would expect MGS4 to port over but at this point who cares. There is almost zero chances that Kojima wil make a game excluisve to the 360, multi, I can believe, exclusive no way. VG can dream on....
God I really hope its a new Earthbound and VC releases of the others.
This basically screams Playstation Phone, ringtones, wallpapers, all manner of things on your phone and on the go. I mean the PSP has the go factor already but on a phone you can greatly expand your current offerings and get it to more people, faster. Internet enabled TV's is another good direction they can take it in, kinda like AppleTV or whatever it's called. If I could access the PSN on a Sony Bravia, I would definitely make it my next TV.
Why anyone is surprised by this I can only imagine, I'm more surprised it didn't happen sooner than now and in all territories. It's a Sony property and frankly I'm shocked at the movie licenses they hold and don't make the games themselves exclusive to their own systems, it would certainly curve the ball in their direction more effectively for the consumers who buy a lot of movie based games.
It should be noted this is just an OPINION piece. Technically the fact from a poll of 2401, from Harris Interactive(?), is pure conjecture, sub-$100 should hit by late this year early next so the argument on that point is moot at best.
If it's not one thing it's another....
