But they are still making games for the Series S and the One X actually outperforms it in some games. What a mess they have made for themselves.
Looks like the sort of dumb fun game they were making 10 years ago. Might check it out once it's on sale.
Winning? By what metric? Winning what exactly?
Sony has always nurtured third party relationships. It's their key to success. The amazing first party games are just icing on the cake.
Weird term. Sounds better than shovelware dump though. I'll give him that.
Yeah, one game will fix everything for sure.
30 fps 🤣
True. The One X actually outperforms the Series S in some games. What a mess they have made for themselves.
I know it's cheesy but the live action 3D models in the 7th guest remake are kind of amazing. A throwback to the days of yore.
If this is what makes it into the promo materials imagine what glitches await within the game...
Lots of games run AI in an open world with "multiple systems" and look better at 60fps than Starfield does at 30fps. Just another excuse from Eurogamer who are massive Xbox and Nintendo fan boys.
No one has time to invest 100 hours into a 30fps shooter in 2023.
Would it kill these people to sell a complete game?
As an English speaker I have to say, no. It's the frame rate.
It won't be locked at 30 it will be capped at 30. Big difference. It's also a shooter from the gameplay shown. Expect that to feel muddy and awful at such a low Fps. 60 is a minimum these days if you are driving, flying, or shooting a gun.
If the issue isn't graphics but how many sweet rolls you can stack on a table it shouldn't matter how old the game is.
What are the supposed to aim for? 60? If a game isn't quality why bother spending 5 years making it?
It makes so sense to start the hype train for next year before the big hitters release for the holidays. Sony knows this.
VRR doesn't work at the low Fps Starfield can achieve. It will be 20-25 fps in big battles. Bet on it.
It's a factual statement. ✌️
