Remember the huge deal made out of the downgrades from the original trailers of The Witcher 3 and The Division? Where is that outrage for Avowed? It went from epic dark fantasy to something that looks like a few college kids threw together a game from free assets. The bar can't get any lower it would seem.

The Series S is a bigger mistake than the Xbox One. It's turning off third parties and holding back their exclusives. But they can't get rid of it because it's their best selling model. They could go full cloud computing with it but streaming games comes with its own set of huge hassles like latency, internet caps, and huge costs which wouid force up the price of game pass if everyone had to use it. There's no way out of this hole for them.

They can't or they would have to recall all S boxes and upgrade people for free. They are stuck with it for the entire generation and into the first couple years of the next for a smooth transition.
