I'm surprised by some of the comments in here. I would have thought that this game not coming to the PS3 EVER, would be no big deal and just fly over PS3 fan(boy)s heads. And yet here they are listing games and acting all defencive while claiming they don't give a f***.
For once they can't blame the developer because it was ALL papa Sony's fault, hilarious :D
First off, I always thought Slant Six were a Sony owned studio. Why would Sony contract them for a PS exclusive franchise?
Second, from the three Socom games they made, why should I care?
Correction: 1 million MOVE's have SHIPPED in the Americas - http://www.psu.com/news/995...
@The real killer
What? The author of this article is quoting the same numbers from SCEA that the link I posted had, but claimed Move SOLD 1 million in north and south America. As of right these are the only numbers for Move in the Americas (as far as know).
A simple correction for the unawa...

The milking of franchises goes into overdrive when developers are bought buy bigger companies. It gets even worst when it's a console manufacturer.
If a console developer doesn't stick to what sells and doesn't have a giant parent company or giant publisher behind them, they risk becoming the new Realtime Worlds.
This is why mobile gaming will become far more popular than console gaming in the coming years. Less financ...
"More attractive", interesting choice of words.
MOVE is a giant kick in the nuts to those PS3 fanboys who ripped on Ninty calling the wii's motion controls a "gimmick" and it's users "casual" - The same applies for 360 fanboys and Kinect.
"But MOVE has more support in hardcore games like: Killzone 3, Heavy Rain, LBP 2 (lolwut), etc"
"MOVE is for Hardcore gamers"
GT is a lot more like Nascar racing, it's godly to some but boring too many.
I'm so glad I waited 5 years to go round and round a virtual track that I have possibly gone round and round in, in previous games. Only this time with prettier graphics - This goes for all racing sims -
Next up "Train Simulator gaming's Avatar".
The future is looking bright for the PS brand.
@rrw
There is an old saying that I like to use when comparing XBL and PSN: "Why pay for water when piss is free". Make of it what you will!
- Sony posting a loss on every PS3 sold: "We don't believe in paying for DLC".
- Sony supposedly making profit on every PS3 sold: "Content, content, content".
I love it, Sony make hypocrisy look so classy :D Seriously though, it makes the choice of which version to buy easier for multi-console owners. If I was buying Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, I'd buy it for PS3.
Well done Panasonic and Philips (which the title fails to mention). Also well done to Sony for paying big for Warner Bros and Walt Disney.
Kinect haters need to make up their minds:
- If Kinect succeeds it's doom and gloom for the 360, the future of gaming and MS.
- If Kinect fails it's doom and gloom for the 360 and MS.
Move:
It's funny, Sony seem to be incorporating MOVE into more and more core titles. Basically merging casual and hardcore gamers into one. Nintendo style.
This is somehow a good thing.
Kinect:

"Ahhh the esclusives"
esclusives
sclusives
???
Exclusives? I don't think "the main reason why people play games" is because of "esclusives" to be honest. PS3 exclusives vs multiplatform game sales reflects that. Exclusives are a welcomed bonus imo.
People play games because they are interested in particular titles whether "esclusive" or Multiplatform it shouldn't matter if the ga...
If the xbox was gone, you wouldn't have anyone to troll. Wii and PC fans are very hard to spot on this site. And it's almost impossible to speak negatively about PC gaming.
I can't really comment on whether MS will still be around in a decade. Like many people I live in the present.
Market-share changes all the time, eg:
Wii > Gamecube
360 > Xbox
PS3 < PS2
"Sony reports sold to consumers since 2007"

I would suggest you stop playing Call of Duty as soon as you reach this level - http://www.youtube.com/watc...
Because it will lead to the no.1 sign that you play too much Call of Duty - See attached video.
- "run skype in the background while running other tasks like running games, music, videos, browser etc"
You can't even run music in the background (at least in unsupported games) and it took 2+ years to be able to message without exiting a game. Not to mention there is still no cross game chat or a party system.
Universal features and integration is something that gets lost in translation from English to Japanese and is masked by the statement ...
LMAO! Marines - see attachment.
"You are not playing the game son, THE GAME IS PLAYING YOU"
Agreed, Uncharted truly is "one of a kind". Check out this fan made trailer for an Uncharted movie - http://www.youtube.com/watc...
