My hype level for this game is crazy. I absolutely loved the first two games, looks like they are bringing back some of the RPG elements of the first as well. I can't wait to see how they end the game off.
Yeah I was trying for a while too, unfortunately I didn't get lucky. Some people were lucky enough to get it though, and from the sounds of it the game rocks. I'll just have to get some time in before I go to class tomorrow.
This may not be the final look, but I'm not sure if I like it a lot. I may just have to get used to the new look, but that is the least of my worries. I just want the game to play great, hopefully we'll see something from that Spring Showcase at the end of the month.
The gamerscore limit is kind of getting out of hand, Gears 3 is already at 1750 like the article says, and there is still more Gears content to be released. I still loving getting achievements though, nothing beats the satisfaction of that sound when you unlock one.
For all the crap 50 gets, I still respect him as a business man, and also for some the things he's been doing recently such as the Street King movement.
Blood in the Sand was basically a Gears of War ripoff, but a fan of 50 would have had a great time with it as I did.
This article was a great read for me.
I've been playing on the 360 since the first, so naturally I'll be completing it on the 360 with my custom Shepard. I'm so hyped for this game it's crazy.
It brings back memories of when I was younger playing Star Wars Podracers on the N64.....good times.
This game is going to sell a shit ton, mainly because of the Star Wars name, and also because of Microsoft's marketing push.
Lucky bastard. I was trying for a while to get a code, but I just gave up. If what you say is true, I am even more hyped than before.
It's a good thing I pre-ordered before hand, I would have hated to miss out on such a great CE.
I can't agree with you more.
You'll love them both, I've been playing since the first and it is one of the best new IPs this gen, if not THE best. Before I get attacked, it's my opinion.
Trying to resist watching this, I didn't even want to play the demo, but I can't keep myself away.
Edit: So I watched the video, and that one explosion was just pure awesome.
You aren't interested in the game anymore because of that?
Maybe we'll see the next Unreal Engine for next-gen, an actual in game demo of the Samaritan one from last year. I doubt any big game announcements though.
It's about time they start showing some stuff off. In the most recent bulletin, Frankie confirmed that the campaign is fully playable from start to finish, just requires polishing. I think at the event they will show off the multiplayer, campaign probably at E3. The more mystery around the campaign the better, in my opinion.
The multiplayer is great aside from some minor things, it requires a lot of teamwork to do well, and that's what Halo is all about. I'm not the biggest fan of some of the changes they made, such as the AAs. In my opinion, Halo 3 was the best in terms of multiplayer. 343 has done some things to improve the multiplayer in Reach however, the TU is great and the Anniversary playlist is just awesome.
I have faith in 343 in what they will be able to do with Halo 4, we will ...
My cousin got me X12s this past holiday, I'm loving them. Sound is just crazy, and bass is unbelievable, especially for the price.
I was playing this last night with a friend, total madness. It was awesome, we went for a few hours in this one playlist. Epic really stepped up their game, multiplayer side this time around.
Looks awesome, March 6th is too far away, push it up a week......or two.
LOL, I'm doing the exact same. I was able to finish the main quest for Skyrim, completed Saints Row the Third, still trying to complete Lost Odyssey and Assassin's Creed Revelations. So little time left.
