I don't care about the length of the custscenes. There just needs to be enough of them. To me they are part of the reward of playing the game. And too many missions are played without much being rewarded.

My wife Loves halo, she and I play it together, now we can't. It was really fun playing 4 together especially.

It may be less open world and more story driven experience. At least it is some sort of gamble they are taking. i agree with you septic, Foxtrot needs anothe cup of coffee.

so if a woman takes orders from her male boss, there is something wrong with that?

people who say that often really don't have anything to say, they just don't agree because someone has told them not to. So they don't really have any thoughts of their own.

A cartridge back then was often another little computer, take for example star fox and other games had extra chips in the cartridges. now these cartridges are just essentially flash drives, so it could work.

I liked twelve story. But I hated having to get licence points and the spells. It should have been little more like the sphere grid, you want firaga then you spend the license points and you have it. Not "oh I can get the license for firaga but I have no clue where to find the actual spell

I too lament the loss of the manual. Especially metal gear. Metal gear had some of the best manuals

The reason why they do it is because they are a company that thrives on year over year fiscal reports. So if they delay a game that is supposed to be Q4, into next year, the current year doesn't look good to investors. Better to fulfill those pre orders and take a small hit, than have a big goose egg to show. When Q1 rolls around their releases for that time frame are in line with previous years. Their investors are probably not gamers and are just investors with nothing but money invest...

They obviously won't look at just one thing, or one persons comments. The will probably use a collective feedback from metrics. Nice try though

The game was announced with a release date being 5 months away, obviously the game was completed or 95% done before the announcement. So the dlc could have been decided on months before.

I remember coming home from somewhere, i was 4, and my pops had got us a brand new NES with this game. And i remember the curtain, and the world 1 stage 3 trick, and the whistle in the first mini castle, all the glorious days. It being a play is the coolest thing ever.

Playing it with relish. You get a much more intense feeling when you infiltrate the base from any angle, and any method, while not being spotted. It is awesome
