Comments on graphics but no picture comparisons
I bought it for 10$ and i am at the night mission, so note i did not read your whole review, and i am satisfied. The story is brisk, and not over fluffed. The shooting mechanics are pretty spot on. I am playing on medium, because i do not have time to die numerous times, and the enemies seem to take the hits one expects them to take to die, no real bullet sponges.
The underwhelming part is the lack of horror. The werewolf parts have not scared me, but that werewolf elder sce...
If the game is not infested with micro transactions I do consider it. It is easier than lugging my ds or vita around.
Yea, but London is London. I wish I could do all of U.K soo much history there.
@rainslacker I understand what your saying but it shows that the way we market and licence digital goods is in no way caught up to what we are doing digitally now. It is full of middle Men and weird circumstances.
I cannot believe that we can make a game like gta and have songs removed 10 years later. Ridiculous. If that happened to movies there would be an uproar. But they can get away with it in video games so they do. Once something collaborative is made it should be one i...
The thing is vhs is a analog source. So converting to a new digital source is a whole different beast. But when dvd players first came out there were a bunch of companies that made a vhs and dvd player all in one. Thus creating a backwards compatibility.
With digital sources the only thing holding back the reading of discs and the actual running of the game is software coding and how much horsepower. And we have had BC for many years because it was not too difficult to do...
So many applications. Instead of having to visit a factory you take a full vr render it and visit it from your desk. You will be able to make adjustments to the render thay the engineers can mimic in real life. So many applications. The scary part will be when scientists will be able to matrix the brain a la minority report and you can experience touch as well
i still have to finish the whistleblower
Yea pretty good points. I forgot about those licensing fees
PC games will probably surge to same price as console games once piracy is completely eliminated though. i don't pirate games anymore unless you count old snes games i can't buy.
It was not just the higher price point, but a drm policy and mandatory kinect. also evident to the cause of xbox ones problems was arrogant management a la Don Mattrick
It is nothing old. The snes vs genesis battles. Are you a giants or a patriots fan? People just want to feel the importance that they can have when they are right about something... even if it is a video game.
What is with this need to have to scale worlds? It is a video game. It can have an over world that is not to scale and still be realistic and awesome graphics.
He is a troll. If they did make a new jak and Daxter he would have something negative to say as well. It doesn't matter with people like him. And when someone asks they just say "well it is my opinion". When most he is most likely lying to goad people into responding to him. And with his reply in his head he is thinking we look stupid but really he isn't fooling anyone.
You got it online or new wrapped in the store?
I played the game on my phone and found it to be fine. I am not saying the flaws do not exist, I am simply saying that playing the game and enjoying it i ended up not noticing the tile tears.
I get that better quality work could have been persued but unless your scrutinize everything and everything this wasn't that big of a deal.
Thanks for the science corrections. I watched the documentary long ago and I must have garbled the numbers in my head. I know 100 celsius is boiling point of water. I just figured it was under pressure in their machines. But it doesn't make sense.
interestingly the macdonalds coffee lawsuit was simply for the old womans medical bills- the jury awarded punitive damages based of the pictures- for her burned pelvis, including her vagina. the reason the plaintiff won was because macdonalds heated coffee to go to 115 degrees celsius, where eat in coffee was usually at 97 degrees. they only wanted her medical bills because of her insurance situation. in canada there would not have been a lawsuit as her medical bills would have been covered. ...
If they operate in France then the French branch of the service operates under french law. Think about it. If i as a Canadian go to France, can i break their laws and simply say I am canadian and not get arrested? No.
No desire to debate or compare detail to detail of another game. The only point I had was the contrast of the type and length between the 2 games.
