I agree with the thought process about those who get amped up playing COD or Whatever and then believe they could handle a combat situation are wrong and immature.
I also agree that video games do not cause the violence. I do think that the correlation about violence in media, any media, can motivate someone who is already mentally weak. I do not think it to be a stretch
Kinda the same with being addicted to heroin. After the first high the addict seeks out ...
He did not use the definitive preface with word "the"
He said " and there's pc users who don't buy their games" he did not say: "the pc gamers don't buy their games"
His statement does not in anyway mean all pc gamers who don't buy their games. I see why you could take it that way but he was simply making a statement that you can not count the lost sales to piracy. He mentions pc users cause they use the system th...
I found the discussion of this article mostly intelligent. Kudos fellow N4Gers
The problem isn't the gaming community at large, it is the pathetic people who need to feel superior to others. This new method of trying to correct everyone over the internet by embarrassing or trying to shame them. Take the airline pilot that was "caught" texting while he was simply a passenger. He was probably texting using the planes wifi.
People love to say "oh i would never do that" but those people probably are worse cause well, you know, it is differen...
The one thing i hate about online gaming is that i do not have the time to acquire the skills to compete.
the immature babies and the rage quitting i find absolutely hilarious. I was bullied in my middle and high school days so i have a very thick skin but also a great sense of humour about people. The point is that you can't care. Someone calls you a baby raping fetishist, you laugh at their twisted sense of humour, or their obvious lack of manners.
They are o...
Probably have to make him megaperson to be politically correct.
I wrote a blog about this. It was a good game it just wasn't a good final fantasy game. It had very little to make it feel like a final fantasy. There is also a distinct lack of sidequests thay actually mean anything. If the game was some new series, would have been a different story.
That is pretty Loco, locoraven
Yes, the first hint of it when the credits are finishing and it says BIG BOSS: RICHARD DOYLE. I said to myself "i do not remember big boss having a speaki.... OMG!!!!!
I think they wanted the always online check and the kinect to make more money selling customer data. When people didn't like it they had to backtrack. But it would be a huge source of income to track buzzwords being used in the living room. The more I think of it the more this makes sense; Don Mattrick was the kinda of guy who saw where to make a buck, and he didn't care how he did it.
I could have sworn it was a Mexican man name senor kojimabergo
Try. You just may like it.
People can't handle case by case basis. They would say "but so and so did it and did not get punished" even though the so and so guy had different circumstances. That is why zero tolerance exists, much to my dismay.
When disc one finished, and Kaim had that big revelation, I was blown away! This is the end of Disc 1!!! And I was hooked.
Lazy Is lazy.
Seems that he is too lazy to go and try actually new experiences. The kinda person that says "it's too hot or too cold, or I don't know how"
Oh i do that, i have a huge collection of games now thanks to playstation plus and Xbox Live Gold, but it is overwhelming with games. even the triple A games from psplus yesteryear i have barely touched.
It is not that i don't like indie games, i really enjoy alot of them, but i just dont have time to play everything, i am still playing bloodborne, and with mgs v and fallout 4 coming. i still have to get witcher 3
came here for the comments..... and you made my day
Pikmin is cool but where is my metroid. I want my metroid. Shouldn't we all be asking: "where's my elephant. .. Er metroid!"
