Being realtime doesn't mean it's how the game will look like when playing. And It's not technicaly impressive .. but I do praise the amount of effort they put in it.
Crysis doesn't have a single non-dynamic light in it, it's all realtime rendered. It have full HDR ambient illumination. So on... just because it looks better doesn't mean it's technicaly superior (Or else RE2 is far superior then Shadow of the Colossus....... LOL) ...

I didn't ignored what he said about "realtime updating" the proceduraly generated texture .. but it's TEXTURE .. everything would need to be proceduraly generated in order to be "simulated enough" to be a 4D game.
It doesn't matter you can go back in time and open a hole in the car roof and see the hole is there in the future more degraded. It needs plants that grow with the sun rays to grow inside the car using the hole .. it needs rain that pours in and fi...
Now dealing with his 4D concept. WTF?.. since when a visual effect of aging stuff is 4D?!.
A real 4D game needs to be 100% physics simulated .. and have "butterfly" effect in it .. like .. imagine a pool game where balls keep rolling around .. you roll back time and put the balls in places such to create a motion chain and every one of them fall in the holes.
So in a game, you would need everything to be "hand-made" by the characters with phys...
The Cell is a new architecture .. built with old architectures .. (The G5 processor, same as 360.).. it doesn't have any kind of new opperation.
