I vehemently disagree. If you’re going to blame anyone, blame the writers. He has actually voice acyed his lines very well and regards to comedic timing, has seemingly nailed that as well. We only have a few trailers to go off of , but from what I’ve seen this game actually looks like it will be an enjoyable ride.
Whereas never at any point did I find a morsel of enjoyment of The Avengers game leading up to launch.
It really didn’t sound the least bit “corny” to you?
True, but why not have it as an option!?
Hope it is an RPG on the same scale as Starfield. Huge get for Msft
My point is that (as a Sony fan), I am tired of their 1st party development teams not being capable of making the most difficult genre in the industry - RPG’s. They should not be able to call themselves a leading publisher without the know-how to make them, period. Even EA has Dragon Age and Mass Effect, very complex games to develop. Msft now has Bethesda, Obsidian, InXile and Playground making massive RPGs. Sony thinks they’re smart by not spending more money to make them (they are more cos...
But where are the epic RPG’s that are really difficult to make?
Bethesda always makes RPG’s. Microsoft fans are set for the next 4 years and beyond when it comes to RPG’s.
Where are the RPG’s from 1st party.
No Golden Abyss, no buy
1. Immersive world and progression (regardless of linearity/openness).
2. Engaging equipment/crafting material found in numerous ways (chests, enemy drops/ quest rewards).
3. Cast, music, and WORLD BUILDING.
If he stayed as the Head of Worldwide Studios we would never progress. Would continue to get small short games. He was not innovative and too forward thinking. I don’t mind having Herman take his place.
You seriously wouldn’t want to explore and have a true single-player/co-op experience? Whether that be in Domino City or Duel Academy?
If this honestly has no world to explore and a bunch of areas like an evolved GX Tag Force I don’t know why anyone would be interested. They essentially keep releasing the same game every few years. They need to step up with this IP.
Ouch
Okay. I don’t know how old you are or how long you’ve been playing games, and I mean no disrespect by this, but you have no idea what you’re talking about.
A. This is not even close to an MMORPG, sorry.
B. Campaign is not open world, devs stated it is “semi-open world.” Still doubt the campaign will last more than 15-20 hours max including side content.
C. “MP is 2x the player count”
This has hardly anything to do with adding ...
I hope you’re being sarcastic. Halo campaigns last about 10-12 hours. Cyberpunk as flawed as it is is over triple that for just the main campaign.
I am genuinely curious what on earth they have been developing for the past 6 years. This isn’t an MMORPG
Me as well but this one looks legendary. Seems like an amazing cast as well
Can’t believe that if this game is very successful, a direct sequel wouldn’t even be considered
That I don’t disagree with, but I still critique it all the same. Since I was a child that whole aspect of being overdramatic and how this specific writing team has chosen to make her character is cringeworthy to me. It immediately made me go from “may give the game a try” to “hard pass or wait for PS Plus” because I won’t want to pay money to follow this chick on her journey. Made me grateful FF XVI isn’t too far behind it. To each their own though
