Wake me up when they spend big money and acquire Square Enix.
Fantasy RPG would be nice
@captainhenry
Yes of course, I just feel as if it is the overall culture of the studio and the genre they plan sticking to. This is just speculation and believe me, I would like nothing more than to be proven wrong on this. I want what you want without a doubt.
@captainhenry
I absolutely agree but while Neil Druckman is there I just don’t see it happening. He has hinted during interviews in the past that he likes these linear experiences. People praised TLOU 2 for being more open but in all honesty it is a bit pathetic how much praise they got for it, when there wasn’t even that much innovation and barely anything to do. I feel like it was simply because they were Naughty Dog
Really would like their unannounced IP to be a huge RPG
Really want them to make majority of the trophies visible on the entire screen. And if we want more detailed info on the trophy then either click on it or hover over it long enough to show more details. But no more of this scroll for 10 seconds to find the one we’re looking for nonsense
PR going all in with this one
Rumor has it that Capcom has invested BIG money into the sequel which is in development right now
Extinction had great humor and an excellent monster catching RPG. Shouldn’t be missed on console or PC
Deservedly so. RPG’s offer so much fun with rewarding gameplay loops
Bitterblack Isle was an amazing expansion as well. Highly recommended
I’ll save you the time. It absolutely is
That is a fine point you make regarding not having the games if it wasn’t for Sony financing the 2nd party development costs. The issue with this is that because Sony chose to finance versus acquiring the talented studio that can do the job consistently for them or open a studio that has the talent to do the job, they now essentially teased all new fans of the game (Bloodborne, Demon’s Souls, Dark Cloud, etc.) and it has been 7 years since release with no sequel in sight. When compared to Mic...
I cannot fathom why people bring up Bloodborne… SONY JAPAN DID NOT DEVELOP THIS GAME. Lol, BB is a FromSoftware title and a sequel from Sony 1st party will never see the light of day as unfortunate as it is (I am a Sony fan and want them to be better than simply paying writers to come in and write B grade stories for their games). I’ve accepted the sad fact that Sony devs are incapable of creating RPG’s. They require way too much skill, passion and forward thinking world building and progress...
😂😂 This is had banger after banger and the list kept on going!
At least some developers create massive and rich games like this that can be played for hundreds of hours 10+ years down the road. As a Sony fan, I’d really like some of their teams to step up and create games like this.
If you rewatch the Sony Showcase live action trailer there is a part that teases FFXVI and shows the date “06-16” which is speculating some sort of announcement for that date. Hoping for a release date announcement for either that date or on that date announce the release for November 2022
Can’t say that I agree. Am looking forward to FF XVI though
Oh you are in for a treat. Wow
Wow. FF VII Remake was nearly a masterpiece in my opinion (side quests and exploration definitely left something to be desired), and FF XVI looks amazing
