I could swear I was really playing Virtual Skeeball!
I'm not angry, and this isn't a move till Microsoft announces some Xbox One games that actually implement VR. As this is now, it's no different than the virtual screen function of Morpheus they showed off at CES 2014, and no more impressive.
The rule is, if an article title is in the form of a question, it's probably clickbait.
Holy crap!
At least it's on current gen consoles. Then you get games like XCOM 2 which aren't even hitting PS4/Xbox One... the bastards...
But yes, being almost two years into the new consoles' life cycles, it's only natural that games migrate to the new platforms. The only thing keeping development for them afloat at this point is their huge install base. We'll see development paths split for them at this point, with simpler games hitting the old consoles, and AAAs ...
These are the same guys that were claiming that Silent Hills was 80% complete and was going to be bought by Microsoft.
Not convinced.
@LonDonE: Effectively you're getting a 66% discount, since you're getting all three for one price. And you get the multiplayer from Uncharted 4, which is even better.
U3 had a lot of good parts, and the levels were fantastic, but compared to the story of U2 I found it kind of uneven. It was still a great game, but Uncharted 2 was a tough act to follow.
@Jimboms: Well that's just it, we still don't know much. At the time, we didn't even have confirmation that it was a real thing or what games would even be in it. Now that it's been confirmed, that's about all that *is* known.
The games will probably be upscaled, and probably run at a smoother frame rate. We don't know what other improvements or features there are. When I see an article like this, operating in the dark with no intel, with a title phra...
Its pretty devastating to us too, mostly to the wallet and backlog!
@Tankbusta40: So I guess you just read a book then throw it away, right? Because the story never changes, why bother? You've never seen a movie more than once? Watched a television show over again? After finishing a single player game you just snap it in half?
Good stories don't need to be variable to be enjoyable.
I've played all three multiple times on the PS3, the most recently being earlier this year. Having the upgraded version will just make the experience that much better.
It comes with the Multiplayer beta of Uncharted 4. Having been in some of Uncharted's previous MP betas, let me tell you that they deliver a pretty complete experience in the beta, and as an added benefit it will be using the Uncharted 4 engine. I can't wait to get my hands on that.
It's not Other Ocean doing the port. It's Bluepoint Games.

First thought I had when I read the headline.
Goddammit. Crushing on Uncharted 3 was something I was glad I'd never have to do again. But hell, double plats all around.
I love this article. The leak is a few hours old. There are literally zero details about the collection, it's content, the changes, price, or even an official confirmation of it's existence.
This is the perfect time to weigh the benefits of a product based on wild speculation.
Unbelievable.
I still wouldn't count on Uncharted 4 being the last in the series.
Oh no, Rockstar is going to give me some free stuff with my game but I'm not saving as much money as I expected to on this sale, so I'm going to complain until I get my way.
Three choices:
Buy it now.
Buy it later when it reaches the price you want.
Don't buy it at all.
All three come with a side of "stop whining".
