Wow. What the hell is going on with the ground textures? And the pop-in is ridiculous. Is that just Battlefield 4 or is it the Xbox One? That was ugly as hell.
So many jaggies.
Sometimes, Microsoft just makes it too easy.
...What?
Read: We're having production problems too, in addition to low sales projections, so no worries that we can't sell every one that we build. There just won't be that many of either :P
The difference is in the way they do business. Sony lets companies gamble on new IPs that they believe in, and the results are quantifiable. You end up with new amazing games like The Last of Us, God of War, Infamous, Journey, all of which coming out of studios with long histories of other properties branching out in new directions. How many indie developers cited Microsoft's business practices and their affect on creativity as a major reason they'd be supporting the PS4 and not the X...
Glad I could oblige. ;)
Of course not. Don't want to let on to the customer how bad it will be before you have their cash, after all.
No, they said the same thing about external HDCP capture, and they're patching it in. I'm confident that they'll do something about this in short order. If only to keep a feature that the Xbone has.
Maybe it plays MP3s at 1080p.
Sorry, it was an obvious jab. I couldn't resist.
DON'T buy it on Xbone. ;)

Hey, a WiiU can do 1080p. That doesn't make it "next gen" technology either.

I'm pretty sure that Duke Nukem Forever was projected to make millions as well. Forecasts might as well use chicken bones and entrails.

"current Xbox One hardware has issues with full-range RGB output that are not present on either PC or PS4"
Doesn't this statement bother anyone?
The tips offered in the article are really vague and not related to a particular strategy. Aside from being a stock market savant, which could pay true dividends given time, all of the other advice would be less effective than just doing missions in the game.
And yet another nail in the coffin. Any wonder they were using PC footage for their commercials.
