COD. HELL NO! The most loyal, I would give them that. I have a few friends who have several brand new games still sitting in shrink wrap, still playing that sorry ass Black Ops game. A couple more still drudging through the Mod Warfare 2 glitchfest.

I prefer the Socom community, we bitch and complain about everything. :)

Warhawk was probably the best community I have been into for real. You could get into nearly any room, not know whats going on and peo...

yeah they should only charge us 4.99 for one freaking new character. they are outta their minds if they think people will pay that much for a single character with the online as broken as it is.

I can understand a buck or two, but 5 for one character. gimme a break Boon and company had a hit, and they start digging their grave with stuff like this.

why would you being broke have any concern of when it gets released? If you dont have the money when it comes out, dont buy it.

like when you send your team to the far right of the map and you are behind cover on the opposite side and they draw enemy fire and you start eating grenades and sniper rifle fire? lol

I thought that the teammates in earlier socoms were dumb as hell getting stuck in doorways/ladders but these guys take the cake.

Resistance doesnt go live until July if I remember right. The Beta access we got with Socom lists the website in the book. My resistance.com or .net I think.

Its setup the same way as Bad Company/MOH had their online pass. It allows you to play in ranked rooms without having to worry as much about random teamkillers who rented the game/bought used and decided they want to cause some havoc online by cheating or the common d-bag tactics. The maps I hope remain free, but as ...

yeah over 50,000 people playing Socom 2 every single night for over a year. Before the ps2 came with a network adapter. With your expert clarification it was the ps2's equal to Counterstrike. It had a cult following which has since been slowly sentenced to death with each new game being developed under Seth Luisi. He continues to try to alienate the "Vets" which purchased and promoted the game to other to try to cater to casual renters which is why you see nothing wrong with ...

they had it in Confrontation, along with several of the other popular maps from earlier socoms. Sony and /6 were just kind enough to allow hackers/glitchers/cheaters to ruin that game as well so we would be forced into buying the next socom to try to get away from all the cheating douchebags.
F-U Luisi....we wanted Socom not Call of MAG: Rainbow Warrior!!!!

Now that they have reduced some costs how about adding back in some usb ports. It would have been great for them to add another usb drive into the back for the camera to plug into as well.

I like the extra usb ports on my fatty, I keep a couple of controllers charged up, the external hdd on one, and the camera on the last one. I dont like that removal of the extra usb ports, not wanting to add an extension outlet on to the slim for fear of overloading the port and burning...

@Peaceful_Jelly

I got the 60 gb ps3 at launch and still use it all the time. It plays games, use it for Netflix/Hulu, its a workhorse. I still have my original PS 1, and the fat model PS2 with the network adapter that still works. Sometimes its luck other times its people not taking care of their stuff.

My 60gb ps3 has had no issues, I put a 500 gb hdd in a few months after I got it and still rocking to this day. The slim is in the bedroom mostly for Netf...

yep. feel the same way. I have a few buddies who play this like others play COD. If there was no charge to play it would have picked up. They screwed the pooch by once again fucking over the ps3 crowd with the shenanigans.

I would really rather see a new Ultimate Alliance 3 game than this game to last any longer. 14.99 month, plus the 50 bucks for the game purchase, and no way to trade the game in or even give it to someone else who may feel the urge to throw money away ...

yeah, I saw a mock up controller that looked just like an old SNES controller but just a little bit bigger with more of a ps3 feel to it and led me to believe that they might of been heading in the right direction. Guess they proved the casual is going to dominate this next system as well. Theres always 2016-17..lol

+bubs agreed on everything.

I was looking forward to this, thinking wow maybe nintendo will go back to the roots and deliver an actual console and a controller to compete with the other 2. As usual the good rumor mill turned to pan out shit. This thing is gonna be a bust. The usual crop of people will pick it up and say its the greatest thing since sliced bread, and Mario 14 will go on to sell 10 million copies as usual while they spawn no further interest in creating new ...

I was getting the same idea with the RICO act. They can use it as an umbrella because of the international ties and the fact that several individuals are involved. They could try everyone of them like a criminal organization. If the feds wanted they could keep them locked up for however long they feel like.

If a business loses millions/billions in earnings or potential earnings there is no way they would be let go easy under this guideline.

In a perfect world rape/sexual assault/murderers would be put down with a bullet if you want to save money but too many bleeding heart individuals who live nowhere near crime areas or have never experienced crimes/violence are the ones who are so against it.

I would treat the guys who use a computer to steal my money the same as a guy who holds a gun or a knife to someone in order to take their money. Computers control everything and in the future it will only be more tech r...
