The coop is a decent time, I would have really liked to be able to play thru the games single player with a buddy online. I hate the single player teammates with a passion. That is one thing that has stayed with this franchise, except this game all cpu controlled teammates are idiots who get stuck and run in front of you while you are shooting.

If the graphics were up to par and the servers were not filled with cheating pieces of shit I am sure many of us would. I have played Socom 2 by far longer than any other game that I have ever purchased.
Heres an idea to Zipper and company...especially that asshat Luisi. If you want to do something with this franchise make it SOCOM. Not all this frankenstein bs you have been shoveling on us. Confrontation had to be patched in order to attempt to feel like socom, and as bad as it was it was a closer feel to it than this release is.

the cloud save and hulu are what I am missing the most. I will spend some time on MK on the bedroom ps3 while the wife has the tv in the living room occupied and am missing out on the kombat koins for the krypt. Besides the psn for online games, I use my ps3's to stream netflix and hulu....I finally got thru to netflix after a few minutes pressing x cancel x cancel..etc... but cant use anything at all with hulu. That shit is retarded making it mandatory to sign in to psn to use either of those features for this exact reason.
this is pissing me off. been wanting to get some MK and Socom 4 time in and still no luck. I tried pulling up hulu last night since I couldn't jump online and couldnt access that either due to the stupid ass sign in requirement.

If they would use this to battle people who cheat/use hacks online then I am all for it. the demo with 4 fighters and 2 stages was around 500+mb install. with it adding the online play/tag team/theater mode and any other hidden goodies this is shaping up to be a bad ass game. heres hoping that this will keep the lag online to a bare minimum.
glad I got 2 ps3's...the 19th is gonna be a busy day, I will have one downloading the Socom 4 patches, and the other downloading the MK files...Probably wont make it to work the next day, seeing as how I wont get either...

now instead of corner campers you have "cover" campers....if they would have made the cover destructible or a little bit lower so you couldnt just sit and wait for someone who is attempting to move anywhere on the map I wouldnt mind it as much. Now anyone who is actually trying to hit objectives is left open and easy prey for the cover campers who are sitting steady at one of their 20-30 designated camping lots zipper decided to add.
