Kinda true but I Dont think its going to be that different an experience just an occasional rare longer wait for content and maybe a slight difference visually but I doubt it, we'll leave that to digital foundry or someone who has both consoles and buys the game twice for some reason.
Well... the SAME content just a longer wait.
No. it takes a GLANCE. those videos and pictures are there to convince naysayers and show the difference.
In person a sharpness difference is apparent and 1080p is because of a power gap, now imagine how that will play out down the line when it comes to level of detail?
Try changing your desktop resolution down and see if you can spot the difference?
Cant we wait til it happens before bitching?
Im going to go out on a limb and say .... if you need this you're probably living in some tropical region.
@CorndogBurglar
I understand why people SAY they like it but that doesnt explain its popularity really. Its not that Im saying nobody is having fun with it but it isnt the first game where you build or have artistic freedom at all.
Why does it have to be "retro" graphics?
They actually arent retro graphics they're
forced pixelated graphics, no games look like
that and especially not on purpose.
Its like...
Massachusetts, Im connected and on... seems weird and flaky... thats still not great but at least its not Stuffed.
People think they sound smart by giving a negative opinion... its human nature. You cant be caught with your pants down if you dont like something. Proclaiming your love for something and then it falling short of someones expectations is really humiliating and I can understand people wanting to be really down on a big hyped release especially since popular = shitty now.
The HALO franchise itself is very linear and if you want to talk about a grind, I played the first halo and...
I Dont think there was any preloading, other big releases have been preloading so you havent seen it hit the network this way. Its also possible that this is actually something Sony has done on purpose. they possibly could have limited the number of connections/connection requests per second after ther DDOS attacks and are still tweaking it, it would explain how the network would be denying connection during heavy load.
We should all thank Minecraft fanatics would ironing th...
As of right this moment its working for me, I Had a weird moment where it acted like I wasnt connected and it came back in a minute, for a minute thought it was DDOS again... thankfully not.
Its funny seeing even without the thing released in the USA til now, so many people livestreaming minecraft earlier. I have nothing against Minecraft but dear god is it popular and I'll be damned if I could tell why.
Its not N4G its gamingbolt.
Its not like they could just not try.
As Jdoki said if they dont at least try it will only
hurt them worse in the end. Its not like 360 Had zero japanese games even though it sold terribly there. <trolling>At least they will get some original japanese games we can look forward to upgraded/improved ports of a year or two after</trolling>
To be frank the small load added to their network by the relatively low amount of consoles they will sell in the first six months is probably absolutely unnoticeable.
Finally a sale its been months. I've had this game since day 1 but people should give it a chance, really overlooked with all the big upcoming games. If you buy it and hate it you have my permission to send me a degrading PM.
I have two friends chomping at the bit for this. Its def a game where you can make your own fun.
I took me like two days playing a few hours each time to platinum first light, I dont think it'll hold anyone over for long.
Sorry, I Meant 256megabits when I Said, not 256 megabytes. Just to be clear.
Very true, but maybe....Maybe something slight. I Dont think anyone would notice much difference anyway.
The PS4 has a separate chip that it uses while streaming or recording game video and correct me if Im wrong but stuff like music unlimited in the background/integrated into the dashboard also uses that 256mb of memory and the small processor. This may be why they can get the same or better results out of a CPU that has a maximum clock that is slightly lower (as far as we...
It seems right now they have a focus on specific gaming stability and focusing on it as a gaming machine first and a media playback device second.
Well, 3.5% would be a lot of sales if they all buy them... though 8% who still want the PS4 and havent bought it in almost a year.. how many of both sides are just wishful thinkers... how much overlap is there is another question entirely.
I Know their economy is in the toilet but whats the right pricepoint for these guys? They must have some weakness...
