A lot, but that's expected because of the hype behind it. The game cost a lot to make , they won't stand for it releasing to crickets
First it was buy Xbox for titan fall, then buy it for tomb raider, quantum break now.. I'm missing some I'm sure but some of those are even coming to other consoles and not just PC... I'm just saying if you want somethin for multiplats, they are basically always better on PC and PS4 unless a broken mess because the game was ported last minute to try to recoup the development costs and reach a wider audience since the lead platform didn't sell nearly as well as they had hoped ...
For many, they haven't been convinced there is one, which explains the 2:1 lead the PS4 has.

"Mighty no. 9 community" seems like kind of a weird term since the game isnt out.
Slight edge to ps4, for those who don't care to watch the xbo dips by up to 10fps in heavy action but still 50fps isn't nearly as bad as the half that the 360 runs at, ps4 locked at 60, 360 runs between low 20s and 30 depending on the situation.

Only if it were to end up a game that didn't sell for shit... going by 2013 graphics you'd need a minimum of the pc required to run on ultra just to hit entry level playability. Look at Crysis, though in Crysis case they actually intended it as a showcase title which is different from spending so so much on development and needing to make back those costs.

In those days it was because they actually took the time to optimize for cell, because it was the only popular platform in most regions where the game was going to sell the most copies... this time around it WOULD be true except there is simply a power difference in favor of ps4 .
Background music finally... well technically you could snap an app before and let it take up part of the screen.. this is good though, it's like 2 1/2 years late but good.
And not to be a complainer but... release over 3 years after the other consoles but has the same amount and type of memory and is supposedly only slightly more powerful than a ps4.... it's at least 2 years late
