... so by halving the frame rate it gets a resolution advantage. "nice".
so number one on amazon is like. .. just lukewarm warm now.... most people don't even know about it ... wait til it launches and we can see if it's luke warm.
they'd be slaying it on the same things they are saying about scorpio... no exclusives, a year plus away, etc.
since that was never a TV standard but a monitor resolution I doubt it
1000 should get you close especially if you are willing to build it.
a good gpu... just that card is more expensive than the pspro, but if you build the rest of the machine to suit it, it's going to kick ass.
city... the machines libraries are very similar ... if a person especially a person with a Pc or access to one chooses to buy a ps4 it doesn't make that person a sheep it makes them smarter than someone who blows money on an assortment of machines that do the same thing. most people don't have a life revolving around playing these consoles.... one is enough for most and that's not shameful or sheep...sheepy? sheepish? sheeping... it doesn't make a sheep out of the person. ...
by the titles logic... may as well wait after Scorpio and buy the next playstation. at least it would have exclusives
even just since 2000... what a difference.
the ps3 didn't fail, it outsold 360. every month world wide since launch. while being hundreds more initally and coming out a year late... how is that a failure?
it was one of the cheapest at launch at 499 actually, before the price drop.
vasteel,
they are not benz, they are closer to fords... the PC is the high end and consoles are like commuter cars. you can build a PC now for cheap that will destroy the Scorpio or ps4pro, and the Scorpio is over a year away... none of these consoles are beasts. you buy a console for ease, convenience, and exclusive games, assuming they have any.
yeah I Dont see many people rushing out for the slim, it's more like the more common sku, replacing old models, and the pro is the big release. the slim doesn't need to do much else than be slim, since Sony fans don't need to wait 14 months for their upgrade... the Scorpio should have just been announced as a new console, that is backward compatible to the xbone to wipe the slate clean and try again, getting a year head start on sonys next console like thr 360 did... Sony did ov...
no it doesn't it comes from the last 20 years of PC and console gaming. a ps2 was 300mhz, with like 32mb of memory, the ps1 was 25mhz and had 3d acceleration that took a PC many times more powerful to compete ... it's not a myth. look at PC ports of console games for instance where the game was developed with certain hardware in mind. build a PC with 2005-2006 hardware and try to run a game that looks like uncharted 3... or the last of us. Games in a consoles lifespan usually loo...
the 750ti at 1.3tf... would have to be paired with a 0.5tf CPU to be comparable to a ps4.... the ps4 is 1.8tf, in total meaning CPU and you total. not just it's gpu.
I'm getting so sick of this bad grammar. holy crap. you can either say, how it looks, or what it looks like... you can't say how it looks like, it's like broken grammar. it looks like Borat wrote it.
... Are you looking at this on a 14" 800X600 tube monitor?
To get these results 3 years ago you'd have spent 599 on the machine..... how well did that do for Sony last time they charged 499/599 for a box? Not great. It would also be HUGE ... because the only reason they can do it this cheaply and this small is because technology improved a lot in terms of efficiency.
like every other tech.
those tvs are available now and games will begin supporting it.
because I bet xbox one would not hit a steady 60fps at 900p, so they went the other direction.
