This only happens when it is a serious breach in the ToS such as repeat offenses and modification of the console. If they only banned the account which played the game, the person could just easily create another account and continue playing before said release date.

All three of you are incorrect. Both consoles have old, young, mature, immature and techy gamers. To say one has more than the other is just illogical. There is no aspect about one console which causes more immature kids than the other.

Umm nope. Having researched it, it's up to the developer to allow simultaneous account log-ins. Many of PS3's games do not allow this and will only allow a guest to play in conjunction with the account-holder.
