I've tried both and I find the Xbox controller more ergonomic over long durations of use without stiff joints and numb fingers. You're probably just holding the controller wrong imo.

My thoughts on this is that the filmer THOUGHT that the employee was correct, and so he decided to join her side and mock the customer. Or it could be because he is getting it from her, he feels the need to join her side. With his bias set, he doesn't think for even a second about how HE could be wrong and so uploads it.
Then comes us, the unbiased viewers. We see that both the employee and recorder are being douches and so they get the back-lash.
