The logic is not equivalent. Firstly, analogies are to understand a concept or idea, you have changed the idea.
An abuser in the home is life-threatening. Microsoft in the gaming business, what's so life-threatening there? Have you been physically assaulted/raped by a company? No. You clearly do not understand the logic behind Lolrus' comment and you are trying to make analogies with your false ideas.

Completely agree with you. When you play games you don't sit there thinking "I can't enjoy this game because it looks better elsewhere".

If you talk about a Ferrari, it would be an amazing vehicle. There is however, the stand-out feature which would be it's form. If we focus the conversation around the form of the car, does that mean it's bad at everything else? No. So your point is therefore invalid until proven valid.

Here's a general rule of thumb for when and when graphics matters.
When it does matter:
- Upgrading from one generation to the next. When you enter the next generation, you expect improvement from the PREVIOUS GENERATION.
- You're prioritising graphics above gameplay for a game or console.
- Your idea of fun is purely based on pretty pictures and fluid motions.
When it does matter to some degree:

Can't disagree with you there. Definitely a valid point you made.
Because it's pretty obvious that using a dedicated music service is better than youtubing all your music.
The PS4 case is leaning with a greater angle which hints at a higher coefficient of friction. This would mean that it is more grippy in comparison to the Xbox One cases. We could then assume that the case is designed with a more robust plastic compound hence, a more sturdier design.
In actual fact, I've got no clue how he came to that conclusion... I guess it's because he's a big fan of blue and sees anything blue as being the dominant version no matter whats bein...
Then it's safe to say, all you guys with PSN + have overweight consoles.
