No it most absolutely is not. What part of that is "ridiculously limited"? It literally says there has to be creative input (so not just an entire playthrough with no commentary), no unreleased footage (so stuff that would be under NDAs anyway), and then you can't say that your affiliated with Nintendo if you're not. Other than that you can literally do whatever you want. It's basically a few common sense rules I'm not really sure why you think it's limited.

this is not an anime game. It's a manga game from the magazine Shonen Jump.
Guys, this is not an anime game, as much as you all want it to be. It is a Manga game, based specifically off manga that featured in Shonen Jump for it's 50th anniversary so no there will not be any characters from Fairy Tale because that manga was not a part of Shonen Jump. Shonen Jump has a lot of big names to pull from but Dragon Ball is one of it's biggest which is why it and One Piece have such high representation.
I really wish people would do their homework before reading a headline and assuming something that isn't true. The stream is FREE and RSI has announced that publicly. They just included it as part if these digital goodies to make the deal sound better. To add funds it always comes in set amounts, however any time you want to make a purchase you have the option to add the remaining funds only and pay the exact amount. And yes that is standard on most modern consoles.
