Most 2D Mario games have 8 Worlds, 4 stages each ... that's 32 stages total.
100 stages in disc with unlimited stages online .... this is basically a 2D Mario fans dream come true.
I assume its
25 Super Mario Bros 1 style stages
25 Super Mario Bros 3 style stages
25 Super Mario World style stages
25 New Super Mario Bros style stages
Hopefully the ultra cool and challenging stages we saw at the Nintendo Wor...
Seems great. Nintendo actually had good to great games coming IN 2015 at E3.
While I know many of us are disappointed that it appears 2016 won't have much ... at least in 2015 .... Nintendo does have some nice exclusives on Wii U and 3DS coming.
Fallout 4 could be a real contender thanks to past history of the series and what we have seen so far but how about we let the year play out and give every game a fair judgment instead of already making biased picks.
I agree ... especially since they are mostly different genres. How can someone actually say that an RPG is better than a Fighting game? What if you prefer fighting games? It's completely different genres that fullfill different goals.
The games you listed are some of the best in their respected genres so the claim of them being equally great isn't far fetched at all.
I enjoyed Bloodborne, Splatoon, Resident Evil Revelations 2 (so underrated), & Kirby and the Rainbow Curse so far this year. Batman is up next. I'm a happy multi console gamer with no bias.
If you strip Superman of his power ... then he isn't Superman.
That Metroid-ish gameplay works well for Batman ... but for Superman it would be a cop-out.
Just make it like the recent Earth 2: World's End book released by DC Comics.
Have Darkseid attack the earth with his powerful army. The Parademons would = normal thugs to Superman while the Apokolips New Gods can range from powered thugs to full fledged bosses that can challenge S...
Tomb Raider has better pure gameplay than Uncharted.
Uncharted's strength lies in it's characters, dialog and set pieces during gameplay. IE, its the better cinematic experience.
I find Tomb Raider to have the better actual gameplay while Uncharted is the better cinematic experience.
Both are amazing in their own way and I will be playing both!
Further proof of how little Nintendo does to help promote third party games.
Batman, Call of Duty, Fallout, Star Wars ... these games are HUGE parts of Sony and Microsoft's press conferences ... Nintendo can't be bothered to show off the few third party games they have and then wonder why third parties don't have a good relationship with Nintendo.
Yea that's nice and all but the digital event clearly got far more attention and views (see youtube or twitch numbers) than the treehouse stuff.
They should have shown Devil's Third and this game.
Both would have helped with the variety of games and quantity of games for them to show off.
I rather have retail copy but a digital copy is better than no copy so I will get it regardless.
I understand Nintendo is risk averse when it comes to games they feel won't sell well so it's understandable even if I don't like it personally.
At Halo20DST2 ...
Goldeneye was published by Nintendo.
Quake and Duke Nukem were nice but where was Street Fighter, Final Fantasy, Resident Evil, Tomb Raider, etc etc
N64 was the first Nintendo console that was truly mainly for just Nintendo exclusives and SOME third party support.
Wii U has some third party games as well if you didn't know. It's just so little compared to the competitors that it's not enough to...
N64 has the same issues ... lack of software overall due to lack of third party support.
Put your money where your mouth is ... that's basically what they asked for.
It's a fantastic game. Played and beat it on Gamecube. Should be even better now. Enjoy!
Don't you wish an interviewer would have asked those questions to Reggie right there on the spot.
Keyword .. supposedly.
No one got hands on with it ... no one saw it live.
What about gamers whose PS3 died of the YLOD like me? :(
I think Aria of Sorrow is the best Castlevania IGA made. Better than SotN.
Please don't vote if you haven't played and beaten both.
AWESOME ... thanks for the info.
