A loss is a loss regardless. Sony just has to pick it up and keep moving. Lower costs on PS3s means a price cut is coming whether you like it or not and this year.

MGS4 sold 4mil copies being on one console. Same as any other MGS. Kojima wants the Western cake because that's where the industry is headed, not because Microsoft dictates in the West.
If it is MGS for the 360 it won't be MGS4. MGS4 is like over 40 some gigs and it would be embarrassing announcing an inferior version for the 360 with multiple discs and deleted cut scenes.
I'm thinking it's a Raiden spinoff story that's either multiplat or timed exclusive like all 360 games.
For all the flak Sony gets, they don't get enough respect in this regard.
The PlayStation is the only console that fosters great creative freedom and diversity. I don't want to get into lists, but as long as Sony keeps the same mentality with the PlayStation-- it'll always be my preferred platform to game on.
