I've always said that the success of the wii is attributed to its peripherals and how those peripherals engage a player. Sony or Nintendo don't need a response to this.

MGR was never exclusive nor was the franchise. I don't see how Sony lost anything. It was inevitable that the next MGS(s) would be on the platform.
