Do you know what offset means? It means to counter balance. The 360 outsold the PS3 by roughly 100k in NA. The PS3 outsold the 360 by roughly 100k in JPN.

Sorry. ME was an average game with a poor plot, poor universe, and poor engine. ME was decent, but nothing memorable.
It skated by on the Bioware name alone-- just like GTA4

BC will have already come out on the 360 and PS3. Why would Capcom show those versions at e3? Same reason why SF4 is listed as only PC.
And, I thought IGN gets their list from the publishers... which is why they continually update them.

The problem with third-party games on the PS3 is that none of em take advantage of the PS3s hardware. You're setting your self up for disappointment if you think the best 360 games will look better than the best PS3 games.
