You can explore the whole map in GTA V, if you load the mission that uses it, then quit it, the map will be in the sky and you can fly to it and explore.
it even works for online. (I think you could glitch out of the boundaries in the mission aswell)

Well the Oculus is in high demand, the Morpheus is practically identical hardware wise, so logically aslong as there are games for it, and it's around the same price as the Oculus ($350) then it should be successful, atleast to the degree of being a respected peripheral.

As it stands 30 fps is a design choice, devs CHOOSE to cap it at 30. It's not the more the merrier.
I don't know if the PS4 can do 1080p 60FPS, but we can't rule it out.
