stfu? I don't see why I should. As for hunting down idiotic comments of yours, I don't see why I should do that either. I'm not going to lengths just to expose a hypocrite, that would be sad.
If you really want to see it, read your own comments, rather than waiting for me to post them.
My point is, you're constantly insulting other people regarding their intelligence, while exhibiting very little yourself.
Dan-boy, you should steer clear of the "think before you post" argument. From what I've read from you, you'd do fine to pay attention to your own comments, rather than anyone else's.
Not to mention the .50 cal in Modern Warfare was toned down to less than half of it's real power, to balance the game out. Realistic my arse, that gun actually blows people in half and takes out light armored vehicles, yet in COD4, it's only marginally better than the other rifles.
You can shoot someone in the bloody head, but if they have Juggernaut, they'll be fine. Wtf? Not really that much of a reward for reaching level 49, in my opinion.
Playing on gamers' tendency to take pleasure in setting things alight, I suppose...
Hey, I'm not complaining :D
You sound like you're trying to sell it.
Technically, and from a user perspective, it is, without a doubt, the worst OS I've ever used in my life.
Microsoft can go do themselves, methinks.
!
Deep Throat, Frank Jaeger, and Grey Fox are all the same person, so why mention him three times?
I don't think he's talking about rules and regulations. art is completely subjective, you know, and can't be collectively defined on a piece of paper.
Well, let's just hope Microsoft never succeed in their plans for the games industry. Look at how bad their console is when they actually have competition, and imagine what it'll be like when they monopolise the industry, and eliminate the competition. Might end up even worse than the OS industry, methinks.
Of course, I'd like to think that the gaming population isn't supid enough to let that happen, but the 360 didn't fail as soon as the RRoD problem was discovered, so that's up ...
The fact that a corporation as widely hated as Microsoft can release a system with one of the worst failure rates known to mankind, and not completely fail, says an awful lot about gamers nowadays.
The point of Bourne not using guns, is that he tries to avoid killing people where it's not necessary. As for the disappearing from the body, I never really noticed it, I was too busy actually playing the bloody game, rather than picking it apart and crying "unrealistic!"
I think £3 to rent this game for a couple of nights is well worth it, personally. No, I wouldn't spend £50 on it, but there aren't many games that I'd spend much money on nowadays anyway.
I don't really like Carr that much. I hope people don't think he's a good example of us British men... we're not really that condescending or sarcastic...
Shadow Man was the greatest and most criminally underrated game on the Dreamcast. Awesome stuff, and you get a bubble for that alone, Shadow Man :D
;_;
MGS3 wasn't overhyped, in fact it didn't even sell that well compared to some other games. As for MGS2, that was pretty mind-beinding at the time, so it deserved it.
That's what I think, too. I play games for fun and immersion, not to get a hard-on. For that, I have the interwebs. It's not like porn is hard to get hold of nowadays...
I also feel that haveing realistic sex scenes in games, will just make it more awkward. It's not exactly the sort of activity most girlfriends, or family, would be into sharing with you.
Not to mention that the game itself isn't very well-made at all, epsecially by Bioware's standards. It's a glitch-fest. The game also had a very dry and boring feel to it, which stopped me from playing too long at a time.
You only have to look at the Wii's game library to see that Nintendo aren't too fussed about quality, apart from in their first-party games.
Yes, but games journalism is a joke now, resulting in misinformed fanboys. So, it's changed in that respect.
