I think people are reporting it becaused the sample paragraph sounds negative. Even contributors don't bother to read the news, what a shame.
Obviously this is down to fat people using it and tumbling over, causing massive damage to their homes. Jogging is better, and more dignified.
Wow, lighten up, Panthers. There's nothing wrong with discussion. Do you expect everyone to unanimously go "Wow, sounds great!" No, people are going to compare, contrast, and debate. I don't see anything wrong with it.
If there was actually a fanboy argument taking place before you posted that comment, I'd agree, but there simply isn't, and therefore there's no reason to moan.
Everyone who disagreed need not be a fanboy, either. I reasoned in regards to that in my...
I don't know about that, but I do happen to know that a certain format is now officially outdated.
I think they're disagreeing because Forza basically directly competes with Gran Turismo, so to make a comment regarding the two in conjunction with one another would be reasonable.
I didn't disagree with you, by the way.
Big Boss should have been a lot higher up, in my opinion.
Why the hell do these lists always fail so hard? My god, my good freaking god, this is a failure of the most epic proportions. The whole thing, it's just... ugh.
I agree, I was pissed off at the spoiler, too. If the bloody reviewers could have stated this after reviewing the game, a lot of people wouldn't have had the game spoiled for them.
I also remember EGM refusing to review the game, because Konami asked them not to comment on the install time (for the reasons you already stated). They were just feigning integrity, and now they look really stupid because of it.
And the idiot who posted the spoiler in the first place dese...
I thought the maximum graphics detail shots looked so-so, to be honest.
I know it sounds stupid, but... their boobs and natural strength and size would play a part in this. Of course, it's unbalanced, so I can see why they're pissed off.
Alright, cool. Just so we're clear.
Believe it or not, people just follow whatever reviewer tells them what they want to hear. Tons of MGS fans on this site were quick to dismiss EDGE and Eurogamer (which I shall concede both suck) as biased and not credible when they gave it 8's, but as soon as IGN gave it a 10, "they just regained their credibility".
It's not really fair, is it?
I'm still curious as to what the reactions will be if Gamespot give the game a 10. It'll ceratinly be funny to watch, th...
I know what you're saying, but it's still a Metal Gear. I agree it won't be the same without Solid Snake, but at least he got a worthy send-off. I reckon grey Fox would be a particularly interesting character to follow, given his rather deep backstory. It's quite saddening, actually.
Yes, but you're veering the argument into hypothetical territory. What you said doesn't directly apply to the subject at hand, which is Konami trying to nickle-and-dime PS3 owners. Yes, PSN is completely free, but thanks to Konami, not for this game (if you want more than one character).
By the way, I didn't call you a fanboy, or are you referring to the guy who got deleted?
I know what you're saying, but I think that's simply because there are significantly more PS3 fans on this site than otherwise. Hypocrisy will always be rampant, because all fanboys are the same.
I remember, little over a year ago, it was predominantly 360 fanboys. Now, take every favourable 360/PS3 comment on this site and swap them around with each other, and you have an accurate depiction of what the site was like then. The momentum may have swung in Sony's favour, but it's still the...
While I think this game deserves a 10 too, I have to agree with Genki (bubble to you, by the way). You're all far too quick to dismiss a site as biased when they say what you don't want to hear, but when IGN, who recently came under criticism for giving Haze a 4.5 and GTA4 a 10, give a game the score you want it to get, suddenly they're magically redeemed.
Believe me, I'm a huge, huge MGS fan, and I agree with the score IGN gave the game, but I don't allow my opinion to be as eas...
Yes, and you can have as many PSN accounts as you please, and play online for free. This article is talking about the Konami ID needed to play the Metal Gear Online. Nice try, though.
I think they're disagreeing with seeing MGS5 this generation. As far as I know, MGS4 was the last Metal Gear Solid game, but perhaps not the last Metal Gear.
I'm thinking they should do a few spin-offs, maybe. They could follow the stories of Ocelot, Grey Fox, or even The Boss.
Don't worry, it won't affect the single-player. For those looking forward to playing online with mutiple accounts though, it is pretty bad.
Idiot...
