Fairgame$ is up next to die.
That's the worst part. Sony came and saw what they were doing and were like "Oh yea, that's the stuff! Here's a blank check!".
Bioware is dead to me.
Give it time and we'll start seeing $70,000 packages like Star Citizen.
I haven't played a CoD game in probably 10+ years and my life has been all the richer for it. Why do people submit themselves to this?
Concord was actually released as a full functioning game with no microtransactions. Say what you will about it but it at least had the balls to actually release and then when it bombed, they refunded everyone's money on the spot. Will Scam Citizen do the same if it happens to them? Will they refund those packages that people bought for 40-70 THOUSAND dollars? I think not..
I played it on PS4 and was already blown away with the visual fidelity. I spent hours just taking loads of screenshots. I can't fathom it getting any better.
Something can't be "dead" if it was never even alive to begin with.
The Bioware magic of today is the equivalent of some guy pulling a nickel from behind your ear.
I feel like this is something the game Dreams would have massively benefitted from. Perhaps Media Molecule should look back into new AI tech for it.
And now Blizzard sells horse armor for x3-4 times as much in Diablo 4. We've come full circle.
Samsung Galaxy S23 and the one before it, a Note 8 and before that a Note 4, Galaxy S II, Iphone 3GS. I don't upgrade until 4-5 years or so or if my phone breaks or is stolen. I hate incremental annual upgrades.
It's why I'm so hesitant to buy certain products on release only to find out that within a year, there's just a better version that's coming out.
I literally have zero hope for Elder Scrolls 7. Bethesda is just Ubisoft 2.0 now a days.
Future? Steam was out in 2003. This was already well known for 2 decades already.
A reputation is earned, not given and Ubisoft's reputation is duly deserved.
This is the only game where I still have the original PS1 discs for and I had always wished for a modern remake/remaster.
What is this incessant need to want just one character? So weird.. What else are you going to do about him? He's already the Ghost of his time and defeated the Mongols. People like you have some serious separation issues to work out. Imagine if Resident Evil games only had 1 character for 9 games..
Since this takes place hundreds of years after Tsushima in 1603 which is the year Japan begins their isolation, I hope the next and final game takes place either around the time America forces force Japan to re-open in the 1850s. I'd love to see how they depict Perry's ships arriving and having the samurai realize that a new age is about to dawn on them. Afterwards, I think they should just either move on to a new IP or start doing other time periods. I'd love for them to do Ancie...
The future of gaming is going to be in China thanks to all these DEIsasters from the western market and honestly, I'm all for it if that's the case. At least one corner of the world will be some what sane. Although Chinese games will definitely come with their own baggage and burdens.
