I often buy games in Early Access that I support but have no intention of playing until it's release.
Blame Fortnite, every damn MP shooter game these days are just trying to become it in terms of stupid, disjointed aesthetics.
I'm not a fan of the seasonal content method that they use. I like how No Man's Sky handles expeditions but at the end, you get to keep your things and bring it over to your normal mode where you can still play. D4's Normal mode is essentially pointless. Any characters that I make and bring over are essentially just deleted and the items destroyed.
I'll wait for the inevitable OLED along with the sales on games.
If you think that would have stopped people from buying it, you're crazy. The ONLY reason is so they can double dip 2 years later.
Yeap, it was the exact same way with DLC. Everyone remember Horse armor? Yeah, no one cares now and if that were released today, no one would bat an eye, in fact, many would probably buy it. It won't stop here, in-game ads and commercials will be a thing one day because young people growing up with mobile games are used to it and no matter how much Steam will try to shield it for consumers, it'll happen one day because the demographic of players who will be used to it will exist and t...
I first read it as "Dreams" and got excited... ...
Open world resident souls rouge-like.
Gamestop: And I'm taking a huge risk here.
At this point, if you still don't have these games, just wtf are you even doing?
This just convinces me to not buy games for months or a year later when the game is truly "finished" thanks to a bunch of people paying to beta test for me.
This better be a sign that Days Gone 2 is being pushed into the pipeline.
This would be extremely disappointing to have all that foreshadowing for new gods and such only for them to go back to Greece..
Dreams was fantastic, especially when VR was added. The things people managed to build was incredible. Some of the best VR experiences are still from Dreams experiences. The huge crux for it was being on consoles however and it was missing one thing that they didn't have back then and that we have now..... A.I.. With the advent of AI today, if they could have had Dreams running on PC and somehow got AI to work where we just typed in a prompt and it did things, it would have been a massi...
May as well also show us how much it beats a Sega Genesis while you're at it.
It won't be all digital but I bet it won't come with a disc drive, it'll be an attachment.
We are witnessing the final dying breath of Bioware here folks. This is live or die for them essentially. Let's see if they learned anything in the past 10 years.
If you have a 4090, why would you even think about upgrading?
It looks like Concord was good for SOMETHING being the smelling salts that Sony needed to finally wake up from this delusional fever dream.
And with a discount.
