When cheaters cheat, they ruin the experience for everyone else around them either causing legit players to eventually quit or become a cheater them self and in some cases, ruin a game outright if it is an MMO with an economy. A strong, heavy penalty will deter people from cheating, enough with these slaps on the wrist.
What needs to start happening is not just ban the hacker from the game they were cheating on but ban them from whatever service they're using entirely, whether it be Origin, Steam, Battle.net. Cheat in one game and ban them from every game. A step even further? Ban any and all credit cards, home addresses associated with that account.
I reeeeally want to get a VR system, (Vive) but yeah. Most games just feel like tech demos and honestly, it's more fun to watch others play it. However with that said, I think the VR system itself needs improvements. The major thing is to cut the wires and solve the problem of movement. This whole warping thing just doesn't really do it for me. It feels very much like 3 steps back.
Yeap, I agree. I loved both the setting and the artistic choice of Mafia 2 and L.A. Noire but those worlds were DEAD.
[targeted towards anon downvoters]
It's sad that people want to disagree but won't offer a rebuttal. How do you people do it? Are you that deep in denial? It's folks like you as to why games can't get BETTER, because you choose to stick to mediocrity. Mafia 3 SHOULD have been fantastic, if the devs had just learned from their mistak...
Of course every open world game will become repetitive sooner or later but the question is "just how much is there to do before it becomes repetitive?". GTA5 for example, had a lot to do. You could do side missions and a ton of other things before you could do the main missions and still be fun. Skyrim today, I have never fiished the game because I love just going off to explore. Red Dead Redemption had a lot of variety when it came to random encounters and of course eventually you&...
If 200 million people donated $1 to a company that ends up failing to produce the product but keeps promising it for years and years and keeps asking for money, it's still suspicious. Like I said, I'm not saying Star Citizen is a scam but until they produce the result, they're a grey area game. In every of your posts you seem defensive. You either work for them or you're a zealot. My advice? Lighten that grip they have your balls and wait for the finished game. I've been b...
Except, FF15 and Last Guardian are funded by the publisher. Star Citizen is funded by the people. There are people who buy ships that cost hundreds of real dollars currently just to fund the game. I'm not saying Star Citizen is 100% a scam but your comparison is flawed and until the game is released it is very suspicious and will remain so until proven other-wise.
Gross, how could anyone like that game? The world was lifeless, the missions were boring. The game was short. There were no real choices to make. You could have literally done just the main missions and none of the side missions and be done with the game in just a few hours. It was a linear game masquerading as an open world game. The AI was terrible, the only time the cops cold keep up was when you were in such a POS car that it took 5 minutes just to hit max speed. If you were in a fast car...
I'm not entirely surprised considering what a load of garbage Mafia II was.
Hopefully a lot more useful features will be included in the next content patch. I'm interested in how base building and large freight ships will work.
It doesn't. It does have black holes that just launch you 15 million miles closer to the center of the Galaxy or so I've heard.
Demon Hunters are super fun to play and the new PVP changes are extremely welcomed. No more PVP gear, now gear is barely a factor at all and it comes down to pure (or mostly) skill. This is why I loved Vanilla PVP, the gear wasn't so damn OP and everyone was on a near playing field. Now a days someone with a lot of time or gold can just buy carries and get good gear without earning it properly.
Planet Dickbutt.
Rumor has it that it has over 9000 Exaflops!
Wait, so if NEO can massively improve NMS, shouldn't a PC be able to handle this theoretical suped up version of NMS already? Sounds like PC was held back..once again.
Maybe not Pokemon but something like Pokemon GO where we can catalogue on the creatures we find. With that said, is there such a central compendium where all creature discoveries made by other players are accessible in game?
Do people actually play with the AR on consistently? Not only is it a massive drain on your battery, it just makes the game harder than necessary.
He could have sold that account to some rich Saudi for millions of dollars (slightly joking but probably could have).
Give me this same deal for Scorpio and Neo and you have yourself a deal!
Doesn't bug me personally. I hated the time limit aspect. Just give me hordes of zombies, a bunch of weapons and leave me the hell alone.
