Actually I DID buy it for the single player but the multiplayer has kept me busy. I am in no rush to play the single player. I can wait for the fixes. However, the multiplayer was what convinced me to just buy it right now instead of waiting.

Single player downsides aside, the multiplayer is really fun. I have 25hrs logged and it's great. I'll wait until single player is fixed in a number of months before I tackle it.
Does it fix stupid people who join "quick game" and never pushes ready? Or how about those people who have voice chat always on and I hear them talk to their friends and family and I have no idea who is talking so I have to frantically mute every single player.

They should take a page from Resident Evil and go first person (VR-capable) with an emphasis on horror.

This is what happens when you announce a game way too early and then not release it for years and years and people get frustrated. Devs should never release a games announcement until it's about a year away from being completely finished.
I'd rather see FFX remade.
