They give away free games on a very generous basis, they buy up huge companies like Quixel Megascans and make everything free, they give you free resources to make your own games, they let you use their engine free of charge if your game doesn't sell more than a million dollars, they give devs a proper cut of the profits of their game and what does the community do? They turn on Epic like the childre...

Huge waste of time to implement 8k. I mean if they want to make it 8k-ready and have the patches ready as a separate install after the game is released then sure but don't waste time and money actually doing it during development.
The tides always change, you just have to roll with them. How do I know? Remember when Steam first came out and everyone made a big stink about it? Now look at it. Remember when the first DLCs were released and people made a big stink about it? Now look at it. A $10 increase isn't too much considering people buy collector's editions, wait for sales, buy used, rent from Gamely, etc etc.
This might be fake and all but you just KNOW that they've thought about it and/or are still very much considering it. Maybe even a PSVR2 version as well. It just bothers me to no end that we've still haven't even heard a single thing about Starfield yet. I have my doubts that we'll even see Elder Scrolls 6 this decade.
They should definitely include this as a playable demo with the PS5 release.
RE7 was about 90% of the reason why I bought a PSVR and it was 1000% worth it. I tried playing a bit of it in non-VR and it was just night and day. I honestly feel bad for people who can't experience it in VR for whatever their reasons are, be it financial, motion sickness, or just plain stubbornness because it was goddamn incredible. It was one of those things that made me smile because it was a visceral experience and not just a game once played in VR.
This won't end well. Unless they're making the models themselves. Using assets from the remake or other games just sounds like this will end in a cease and desist order. If modders want to finish these projects they really just need to shut their mouths and not broadcast it until they're done and just release anonymously.
