Never was a fan of paid DLC. If the norm becomes DLC costs $$ for a set time, like a year then becomes free, it's a win-win for developers and the community alike. Early adopters to the DLC get the content as soon as it's released, the company behind the game gets a little coin, and those of us who don't agree with DLC being paid content get it eventually, and can join the rest of the games community eventually, which if it's MP helps to prolong the life of the game. Early ado...
Meh... I've never understood the appeal. I played a few hours of the first game when it came out and thought it was silly. I sold it the next day and bought another game. I still don't get it.
Nothing that worries me. I ***really love*** the new art direction and the two characters I wanted to play as (Rich as Nova Prime and Megaman X) are both in. Though, sure, it'd be fun to play as Cyclops, but Iron Man pretty much has his skill set, so that's cool. None of the other X-Men really interested me in playing too much before. I played the demo, and though I was really turned off by the story, and how little you could actually play, the matches I did play let me know this ...
Console gaming and PC gaming are two very different things. Just like mobile gaming is very different from either PC gaming or console. Even if it's the same game, like Overwatch, it's a totally different experience on PC vs. console. It's a different set of skills you need to use to be good. So what's the point? Cheaper hardware, less upgrades, and less compatibility issues. Instead, the developers customize the game for a set platform, which in the long run, saves mone...
I didn't get a blue lollipop, so I'm not gonna eat any!!!
I disagree here. Maybe for him, it looks like a meh game, but I'm chuffed about it. But that's based on the games he's played and how it seems cookie cutter to him. The different types of games I've played and how varied they are means the premise isn't stale to me. The graphics seem nice and I disagree with him point about how Horizon's graphics and this one can hardly be told apart. I'll even go so far to say that pretty much any character in any video game is co...
I'd try it at 15 bucks, but from what I've seen, with all of the ore mining and having to constantly manufacture stuff so you don't die, this game probably isn't my thing.
As long as Rich and X are in it, I don't care about the rest of the roster. I got the two characters I was hoping for, so it's a buy for me. Any other cool characters are just gravy. I got to try out X in the demo, but I'll have to wait for the full game to try out Nova. Hopefully he's as awesome as he was in MvC3.
Playing FPS on PC is good. I'm a lot better at twitch shooters with a mouse and keyboard. But all things being said, I like the challenge that playing on a console brings to the table. Both are fun and different experiences. If PC games go up against console gamers online, PC gamers have the edge. But a good console gamers can surprise all but the best PC gamers and own them. There are lots of YouTube vids out there showing that, just Google 'em. Whatever, man, it's apples and ora...
I'm all for competition. Competition breeds innovation and better products for the consumer. If they wanna have a go at it, let's see what they've got and what developers are gonna back them. Who knows, my next console might be an Atari! I still wish Sega never got out of the console biz. Man I loved their Genesis and Dreamcast!
So Joshy wants stuff, does he? Of course Joshy wants stuff, cus Joshy likes things his way. The rest of us, the grown-ups, that is, understand that game developers have this little thing called creativity and that us buyers have this thing where we buy games to discover the world's that were created. Sure, you might not be able to swing into a pub and play 30 minutes of darts, but that's okay. You can't have it all and Joshy should understand that. This game doesn't "need...
So the author got the word wrong. It's not a leaver. It's a rage quitter. I guess the author doesn't know much about gaming. So read the article at your own risk.
Dun, dun, DUN!!!!! 😱
I think the author holds stock in Sony. Why else would anyone care about a company so much? Me, I got better things to worry about, like scraping eye goo out of the corner of my eyes in the morning.
Another person whining about what they feel they're entitled about. My god, this era is the era of the crybaby. I got a PS4 Pro and you know what? It cost me 20 bucks at my local video game store by trading in my PS4, and about 6 games I never played anyways. Has it been worth that 20 bucks and my trade-ins? Yep. If I'd have bought it from the get-go, would I still think so? Heck, yeah, I've played lots of games that've been either made to look considerably nicer or got...
I stopped reading because it was too long and boring. This article gets two thumbs down because the author is long winded and a bore. Snooze. Next!
Dammit kids, stealthing isn't cool! Soon to be illegal too. Just say no to stealthing. It's about respect, man. You got no respect, you're not a man.
Oh noes!!!! Teh dramaz! They will bust!
...a gut laughing at this speculation. They're fine.
Next.
I'm pretty sure it was delayed because it wasn't ready. Just a stab in the dark here
I dunno, man... I just watched 10 minutes of it and stopped. It looks awfully generic. I'll pass on this one, I think.
