Whatever we did to her in DA:O she's probably just gonna be the complete antagonist.
Just wait, Bioware has yet to prove they can carry over choices to a third game in a franchise properly.
No wonder you only have one bubble.
Can't wait to see comparisons of which console's browser loads this site better.
His points are fair. A zelda that lacks charm and life does not live up to Link To The Past or the others. He's giving it 8/10 which is a great score, you're just being nitpicky about his review on points that you don't agree with.
The visuals are nice, but they're not impressive, the story is simple, good, but not impressive or as he said "epic" like OoT.
I'm gonna take him by his words that it basically feels like an extended f...
I take it this means Shu Takumi might be back on Ace Attorney?
...you know, considering AA5's success and the fact that it would be much more convenient to make AA6 next?
EDIT: Read through it to the end. Okay, he says he's still on Ace Attorney so scratch that :-P
Isn't that akin to something they did with the PSP, where it got higher clock-speeds or something?
Nintendo giving us a social network but limits our free will in using it. What gives?
Everything went downhill when Iwata came to Nintendo in 2001 I believe (in terms of passion in game creation). The last amazing Zelda game I've played was Wind Waker and all their new stuff is solid, but dissapointing as well.
I'm still waiting for their really groundbreaking game which I definitely haven't seen yet, and I fear Zelda U is gonna be worse than Skyward Sword, which was a good game in it's own right, but very mediocre compared to its legacy.
He's said himself that he had trouble playing some of the older mario games. Admittedly they're hard, but I'm kinda meh about developers not being good gamers themselves. How are they supposed to know what the playerbase wants if they don't read too much into the gameplay?
I just hate that Destiny is restricted by the fact that its maps are still designed to fit within a space that a 256mb ram machine can handle. PS3 has had so many ram issues with multi-console ports before but know the next gen and pc versions of Destiny has to respect that as well.
I know they lower the graphics, change the draw-distance and whatnot for PS3, but it IS undeniably gonna affect the next gen versions too.
So far they're still not changing that. I remember in their DA:I videos they said something like "Do you want to save the villagers from the burning village, or do you want it to burn down?"
Jeez, another one who doesn't grasp the idea of the title saying "NEW IP"
It can be good but not if EA keeps rushing their developers and if Walters writes it I think it'll be a lost cause. He's the worst writer after David Cage of those I know.
And their listing makes me cringe. "Hiring to influence the next gen of world class narrative"? What, do you want to influence the gaming scene into making inconsistent crap like you did with ME2 and ME3?
I swear, if it isn't the fact that the remaining writers at Biow...
That wouldn't be a new "IP"
That they're working on a new IP has been known for a long time. I hope they get rid of Walters, at least as a writer.
He is the examplary hack of all writers out there. I've never seen someone so effectively destroy their own fiction.
The author apparently doesn't see where the ending falls apart.
"Arkham Origins... well, it's everything City was, with a few bad tacked on ideas and bad framerate on consoles... Hmm, that's a 3.5/10"
and meanwhile City got 9s everywhere while most reviewers saw Origins as an 7-8/10.
Destructioid's critisism is often valid but just very harsh.
If you look aside the score it's a very valid and fair critisism the reviewer has of the game. The part about it lacking heart was also mentioned in IGN's review and others, but for this reviewer by Destructoid, I think he saw the game being forgettable in a few years time.
What about europe.......?
Just a question, what would you do if you play DA:I and you're told the Child died in stillbirth, no matter which decision you made in DA:O?
Just saying, it could happen.
