I agree with that MS sentiment the majority of billion dollar companies are scum I like the Xbox but don't really care for MS. They never promised bethesda games being exclusive that was debunked. But they don't mind paying developers to make their games be on par with xbox series X. They also don't mind paying for exclusivity or paying developers to keep games off game pass or the xbox platform. How does that benefit consumers. Wouldn't it be better to pay MS that money and make their install base happy by providing Call of Duty to Playstation Plus subscribers.
No I understand that aspect. It just seems this whole ordeal is really bad PR for Sony the more it goes on because everyone is slowly supporting it except them.
What I don’t get is PlayStation owners defending Sony. literally everyone outside the Xbox ecosystem is benefitting immensely. Yet PlayStation owners are talking crap still. We’ll get cal of duty for way cheaper everyone will if it gets on streaming services. It’s a win win for everyone.

The agreement that MS has offered has been more than fair. They are now offering a lifetime guarantee to call of duty according to activision exec yet that was not enough so pretty obvious where Sony’s mind is at. It seems relations between actiblizz are souring I wonder how it will play out once it’s all said and done.

I agree Microsoft has been incompetent never said they weren’t. But even the 360 era the ps3 just overtook them no matter how hard Xbox tried and they did. It’s obvious they need more so having more franchises associated to the Xbox brand is a start. To make it more even. Nothing is wrong with the activision deal it’s business as usual it’s something that has always happened in the history of gaming. But all of a sudden it’s a crime.

They really are grasping at straws at this point. They really are going down kicking and screaming till the end to make sure it doesn’t happen. They are really looking pathetic. Does sony truly believe they won’t exist if the deal goes through. They will still exist but they will finally have competition. Which is good for consumers.
This whole deal really brought the worst out of both of these companies.
No they are actually great games. Games don’t need to have a $300 million dollar budget to be considered great. For me the indicator is how much fun I had which is what gaming is about having fun. People tend to forget that.
It’s not a conspiracy that people are trying to hype game pass games. Especially when it seems to be a universal thing people on pc gaming also have similar views of how great game pass games are. Not sure why there are always detractors when Xbox game...
Yeah I’m really excited for this game hopefully it turns out well. They need to take their time and make a great game.
But having a game like mass effect in that it’s an rpg/shooter in space it’s been sorely needed. Can’t wait to see more.

Scummy? it’s a legal battle and it’s allowed. This is a good thing for Xbox it can show how Sony pays for third party exclusivity, content and how it pay developers to keep games off game pass that’s anti competitive.

I wish people understood that the majority of call of duty players don’t care about things like that most don’t even notice. They just want to play with their friends and have a good time. They don’t care about frame rate or ray tracing or low resolution. Just look at how insanely popular call of duty mobile is that should be all the proof anyone needs the majority of people don’t care about that. At all of you above if people play call of duty mobile what makes you think people won’t play it on the switch?? It’s insanely popular on mobile I’ve tried and it’s actually really fun. Yes the switch can run it as well.
I mean if call of duty can run on mobile devices and be extremely popular for its fan base on it why couldn’t the switch run it.
Obviously it will not be on par with Xbox and PlayStation consoles no one with a half a brain expects that. But it will run on it and still be fun which is what call of duty fan base cares about.
Seems like you need some tissues. So more players get to play call of duty on Nintendo and pc owners have more options and it still gets to stay on PlayStation. Yet it’s being taken away the mentality of a little kid amazes me sometimes.
