We’ll considering in 2021 they released halo and forza and in 2022 they released nothing to that caliber. It shouldn’t be surprising that a game console needs games to sell. Someone needs to tell MS that to make games lol.
But 2023 already is looking like a better start already so hopefully they keep it up or they shouldn’t be surprised their sales decline.
Yeah it’s pretty much in line with everyone else. They did release halo, forza in 2021 and 2022 nothing so no one should be surprised. But yeah they need big games to make sales up. They really shouldn’t expect the Xbox to sell like hot cakes if it doesn’t have big name exclusives. Maybe this year will be better for them. A game console needs a constant stream of games who would have thought.
They are giving us smaller games that are great like high on life, pentiment etc ...

There are so many that were loved and very successful. Some were very highly rated not talking crap about the last of us at all so don’t take it that way. It’s a great show im actually a fan. Every show is subjective as far as quality.

I didn’t realize people thought the last of us broke the curse. Obviously there have been successful video game adaptations to tv or film.
People are just saying it’s great which it is. The show is great never played the game but the show is really good.
There is actually a lot of content right now thanks to the community. It’s very active. I believe the fan base will keep it going even if 343 doesn’t.
But they should just move onto to the next main series learn a lesson from it and don’t make the same mistakes. I think they are learning giving the delays Starfield got they do seem to want to release a good product we will see how Starfield turns out to see if that’s true.
I agree no one is really hyping Starfield except online. But most people I know who game don’t know about it. MS needs a marketing campaign for the masses to know about it. But Bethesda fans are excited they always produce amazing games. Even though some bugs might be present the games themselves are in leagues of their own.
Unfortunately that’s how corporations function it’s all about money and greed. It’s fucked up but they have to please their investors. Which is why I don’t get why some people here defend companies at times they shouldn’t. Hopefully they all land somewhere very quickly.
I agree ID software would be ideal or even certain affinity they have done a good job with Halo.
But it’s about time they moved on from 343 they really tarnished the Halo reputation. Don’t get me wrong infinite was a step in h to e right direction too bad for the lack of content but it was probably the best halo game 343 made.
Maybe Sony reported sold to suppliers. It will still be sold so it doesn’t matter.
I’m really shocked the switch is still selling as good as it is. You would think by now the sales would be surpassed by the other consoles but it’s trudging along very nicely. Still sales are not as high as they used to be I remember when around Christmas time all consoles would sell at least million each. Just shows things are still not 100% back to normal.
I think what I find funny is most people been wanting this for MS to get rid of 343. Then MS does it and people are shocked people here are too funny.

It’s actually a really good show I never played the game. But definitely a fan of the series they did a great job. Hopefully more video games get translated to tv shows.
Yeah they are but it’s not surprising they did hire 40,000 in the past two years so probably just getting rid of the bloat.
But hopefully they all land somewhere. It sucks that this is standard practice for corporations to make investors happy. Hopefully something gets done to regulate that. People shouldn’t suffer for corporate greed.
Why do people think Sony has money like that to buy huge publishers like that. They might buy square Enix but no one cares about square Enix they are a shell of their former self’s.
Capcom would be huge though but I would be surprised if they actually sell thems lives they are one of the few multi platform publishers that does really well but if Sony can get them that would be huge for them I just don’t see capcom selling they are doing too well for that.
It’s standard procedure for them to do this. It’s normal for the current stage of the process. The EU and Microsoft are able to have informal talks right now but cannot formally discuss concessions and work towards a resolution until the EU has sent their statement of objections outlining their concerns. So this is normal. If anything it means the process is moving forward to possibly a resolution.
Agree why does every game have to be compared to a previous game. It looks nothing like Elden ring kind of looks like Skyrim or f people want to make a fair comparison. But just let it be what it is.
But if it’s not ready why get a release date only to then complain that’s it’s so far away.
Just keep the same concept and improve the fable games are great as is. They have a huge following of fans. Most people who don’t like fable it’s because they are expecting it to be like other traditional wrpg’s. But it’s a unique series with so much mixed in to it a little bit of the sims and other rpg’s. Agree I would like a dedicated show for Starfield to really finally get a good look on it. If it’s anything like mass effect I will love it. I hope it is tu ere hasn’t been anything like mass effect in a long time.
Good to see these games will release in the Next few months. I need to finish the backlog of games to play these though.
I mean if they are saying they want to close the deal by June I would imagine they know more then you do about what’s going on in with the dealings that makes them feel confident in saying that.
It’s good that game pass is growing it’s such a great service. I’m excited for tomorrow especially for redfall I love co op games like left 4 dead. Finally they are providing AAA games.
