But that was a horrible showing for Sony I do wonder if they are withholding things because of the activision deal Or maybe development of games is really taking that much longer to develop so gamers shouldn’t expect games from franchises as frequently as they use to come out. Agree sometimes rumors come from websites like Reuters and get failed because it's a rumor. But how much more credible can certain websites be like the NY Post, Reuters etc. If those websites are not credible then who is. Educate yourself it's called lobbying unfortunately it's legal. Usually money talks it seems MS has more influence then Sony because Sony is also trying to Lobby to block it since the beginning so place blame to both not just MS. Yeah definitely it’s crazy that the prime minister was basically telling her indirectly that they should have approved it and blocking it was a mistake. I do feel that it will pass seeing parliaments reaction the blocking. I’m sure the CMA will feel the pressure. That’s politics money talks.

They are having record breaking quarters and yet they are canceling games which leads to layoffs for a studio and closing studios of their own….. kind of the same argument that MS is cutting bonuses from employers. Yet if this was Microsoft closing a studio there would be so many articles bashing them no matter how small or big the studio was. I really just believe games are just taking longer to make and we shouldn’t expect games from franchises to release as frequent as they used to. Unless they have a 600 plus team even then it’s difficult it seems. Gamers have irrational expectations now they have to wait so those expectations can be met.
I feel bad for developers they have so much pressure from gamers like never before.
