The thing that you need to remember about this historical time frame is that the game is wrong. The Romans were, and still are, praised at having the most disciplined military ever. Under no circumstances ever would a bunch of Romans just charge head first up a beach. They would form shield walls and phalanx to provide maximum defense to get up the beach. The would move as a unit only breaking the phalanx when they performed a unanimous strike together as a unit and than they went straight ba...
You really are some kind of special aren't you. Let me make this perfectly clear for you. I do not care about the stupid console war. And I would even go as far as to say that when you grow up a little bit and get a little older you won't care about it either. I could argue either side of this pointless debate but the fact is I don't care and quite frankly no one should. If you like something like it. Does it matter if someone doesn't like that same thing? We're people no...
Straight up oppose what you said. No. I'm staying neutral. I'm neither Pro Microsoft or Pro Sony. I'm pro gamer and quite frankly couldn't care less about the "console war" other than the fact it drives innovation and prices. You are trying to get people to argue about stupid pointless things. So what if BF4 is or isn't better on Xbox 1. If you can play it and have fun shut up and play. Enjoy your game and let others enjoy theirs. Stop arguing about why *insert c...
The problem isn't with the opinion or that fact or way that he presents it. The problem is with that the blog is so poorly written that it would make an English professor have a heart attack. This needs to be seriously proof read.
I realize you are trying to state your opinion here but this blog was painful to read. Not because of your exceptionally biased opinions but because it was just grammatically terrible. If you have a system you prefer great, I'm glad you've made a decision, and if you want to post a well thought out and well articulated blog about why more power to you. This blog was neither. It's good that you are trying to get your point across but when you write something that is this grammatica...
This guy is still relevant to gaming?
I don't know what you're talking about. Steam updates all my games without me having to do anything.
But you have to trust Kojima. I don't know if you remember when MGS first came out and he picked David Hayter. No one knew who David was but he became a legend. Maybe this new guy will do the same. I'm sad they didn't pick David, but I think we need o give Kojima a chance. He's earned that much.
I have to say that I love how Kojima is always complimenting other developers on their work and saying how he is inspired by them. Kojima is a god in the video game world and I'm sure he knows people think of him that way, so it takes a huge level of humility to say things like this. Good on you Kojima. We need more people like you.
So please tell me where this "unified prices" comes from. Because I'm fairly sure this: http://n4g.com/news/1308053...
Proves your argument wrong.
*Insert Sarcasm* Wait that's what a Beta is for? I thought a beta was just early access to a completely finished product that I got because I was so awesome. I didn't read the agreement I agreed to that says the Beta may contain bugs.
Sarcasm not aimed at you. It's aimed at everyone who can't figure out what a beta is.
I think the real problem with the point system stems from left over points. I've had 80 points ($1usd) for over 2 years, cause it's not enough to buy anything and I have to get points in set increments. So if a game was 800 points ($10usd) I would have to buy 800msp and would still have 80msp left over. If they could make it where I only had to buy 720msp ($9usd) than I don't think people would really have much of a problem.
People love getting on any flame train, it doesn't matter if it's Microsoft, Sony, Steam, Nintendo, Apple, Dubstep, Origin, whatever. Anything that the majority hates, they hate.

What does his computer have to do with anything? Microsoft video games =\= windows os. Sure as a whole Microsoft does over charge for products but Xbox has nothing to do with Windows, and quite frankly Windows is the most supported computer operating system. Most things are made for windows, games included (look at Steam and compare windows games to mac or linux games). So refusing to use Windows because you don't support Microsoft's policies on Xbo...
He didn't actually lose any money. It was just the value of it all.
" annihilation of the ship has done to his owner lost about 280-380 billion ISK (the currency of EVE Online), which is equivalent to about 8-9 thousand dollars."
I appreciate you pointing summarizing the story as I refuse to go to any website that uses a blatantly flaimbait title like this.
I have to admit. This was pretty funny. And you would be golden if this was actually a review. But since this isn't really a review, see Valenka's report above, I can't approve it. It was hilarious though.
I know they're not exactly the same, that's why I said a Steam Like environment. I'm only pointing out that it's already closer than what you make it seem like and the features you want XBL/PSN to have are features Steam doesn't have yet. I agree though that XBL/PSN need to start putting all of their content digital day one, and at lower prices. One of the reasons Steam is so good is for their sales. Trading/Sharing is always a plus to.
Let's see, how is my comment "completely false"?
"They want people to start paying them from their Youtube videos." and your comment "The mandate was that the ad revenue for videos using Nintendo's content goes to Nintendo." Those seem pretty similar to me when you consider that that is no longer money going to the video maker, therefore the video maker is paying out of the money they would be making. It's just like taxes. you "...
Hey that's my video!!! :) Sweet. Seriously, go look at the actual youtube video. That makes me happy.
